We were a large group that had booked about twenty rooms. The hotel is very large, which becomes problematic since the corridors are very long and there are two separate entrance halls. Only one of the halls has a reception and remains open 24/7. The other one is closed in the evening and on weekends.
One evening when we arrived at the second hall just before it was closing, the staff refused us entry and asked us to enter through the other hall, which is 200 meters away. We had to insist and show that there was a pregnant woman and a baby with us before they let us in. What a shame, what a poor sense of service for a 4-star hotel. Moreover, they are very poorly equipped. We asked for slippers and a toothbrush and toothpaste kit. After providing a few kits, they told us they had no more. Is it an unwillingness to provide these items, or do they really have so few supplies for such a large number of rooms?
I am giving an extra star because the breakfast is decent with quite a few choices.

Front desk staff are very rude. Location is inside the train station so convenient if you need that, but otherwise not good for proximity to the city center.

AIRCON DIDNT WORK AND THE ROOMS ARE HOTTER THAN THE HALLWAY.
We stayed in the rooms around #430-440 so ensure you don’t suffer there. Checked the reviews and apparently it’s a known issue but it seems they never really (want to) fix it. The location is also a bit far from the city center or restaurants area.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is good and offers plenty variety. This hotel offers great value! This review is compared to others hotels stayed during my two months in Spain and Portugal. Believe me when I say this hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed at half the price!!!

The personnel not nice at all they are like…. Not happy, not helpful they are just there, don’t spect more than that. Cafeteria always closed, I think with the location they are based at if they put more attention to detail they could be really busy, instead the hotel gives you a sensation of emptiness.

This hotel is really bad for a 4 star. The heating does not work so it is freezing. The hot water is unreliable, the shower is broken, the door gets stuck on the floor. The door lock sucks, it takes a while to unlock the door. You have to walk a cross country track to get to your room if you ain’t the lucky few. The noise is annoying af as someone thought it would be a good idea to have an hotel between a fat train station and highway. And the food is complete MID. Go somewhere else unless you want to get a cold.

Stayed at Eurostars hotels elsewhere so knew standard would be good. Lovely rooms, we had booked two rooms for our party both were looking over the expo site with lovely views. Shower in our room would not hold in the holder properly and was disappointing. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment. Parking was 18 euros a night in the area of the car park under the hotel. Great base for exploring Zaragoza!
