Apart from anything else, the location is perfect. My friend and I dragged our heavy suitcases and arrived at the high-speed rail station at around 10 o'clock. We got on the elevator and the hotel was just two steps away. It saved a lot of effort. Although the facilities in the room are a bit old, its price and location are very good, suitable for friends who take the high-speed rail for a day trip

The hotel is located right on the platform of the high-speed railway station, which is really close to the high-speed railway. It is very convenient. The central bus station is also below the hotel. It is suitable for people who travel by road and those who have urgent transportation transfer time. The room is relatively large and the breakfast is satisfactory.

It is very convenient for me as a business traveler because it is connected to the Saragossa station. I recommend it to those who do not have any business in downtown and only need to move around and sleep. The price is also cheap. The breakfast is a bit so-so.. It is a bit noisy because they receive a lot of Chinese group tourists.

The hotel is located above the train station and bus terminal, so it saves a lot of travel time and money. However, there may be some noise. I didn't notice it at night, but the sound of vehicles passing by continued in the early morning. It is relatively spacious, and there is a table, so it is good to put things on, and the small tea table and one-person sofa were also very convenient.

Nice size rooms. Pleasant and clean. The reception was very welcoming. Jorge was a extremely helpful and kind. Fluent in English as well. The reason for the low rating is because of the grumpy aggressive women serving the buffet. Especially the old lady with grey hair who was very nasty when she spoke and interacted with us. The two younger women were not warm but at least not hostile. Unfortunately this service left a bad taste in our memory. A Spanish man we saw being loudly told not to put his toast in a toaster a certain way was loud and disrespectful. Is this type of customer service necessary upon starting your day? The complete opposite of the professional and friendly customer service at the front desk.

Our room is super spacious, we are three people to share a room, and it is plenty of room to put our three big luggages. Bath room is also big but a bit dated. We are unable to reduce the heating or change to air con, it was so warm, can’t sleep well.
Our room is on 3rd floor, breakfast room is 2nd floor, lobby is at ground floor but you can’t go straight down or up by one lift! You have to change lifts and walk through very very very long corridor. That was super annoying and frustrating when you have young children and elderly people who are not able to walk very well. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is located at the central station of the city, I booked a suite which was very very spacious but too outdated with many faults in the room, I must mention that the reception was very nice and they helped me with everything I needed, in addition to a relatively good breakfast. The problem is of course the long distance from the center which is not reasonable for walking, there is a bus available outside the hotel that takes you relatively close to the center but still requires walking. The one who bothers to go is not the place, the one who doesn't mind is a good hotel with a good value for the price.
