Very poor hotel experience. After checking in, I had to walk a long distance to reach the room. Once inside, I noticed a very strong smell of tobacco. There was even a cigarette outside, which is surprising since the window is blocked and cannot be opened so I guess it was someone from the staff. I had to go back down to reception, and after some time, the friendly people from reception changed my room in a very nice way. Overall, this is a serious issue and made the experience very unpleasant

I've been to many Eurostars. However our experience here was the worst. We were six people, including two kids. We needed a triple room and instead got three double rooms. However, on the first night, our kids stayed with us and we fit together in a double room. Next day, without informing us they gave the third unused room to somebody else.
When we enquired they first denied and then accepted their mistake. When we asked at the reception some information about the tourist bus they flatly denied having any information. No attempt to help! Also, the room where my parents were staying had very bad heating. We asked for someone to look into it and nothing happened. Nobody came to check. We requested to replace alcoholic drinks in one of the rooms with water. Again, no action. I've never experienced so much apathy and lack of service in any Eurostars.

It is nice that I suspect they upgraded my room to a suite however there were some issues. The phone did not work and there was no internet. The front desk acknowledged these problems but they did not get fixed while I was there. The bide drain was not draining. The restaurant is only open for the late evening. The hotel entrance is a long walk from the station Counter and the hall in the hotel is about 300 M long so be prepared for possible long walk to your hotel room from the elevator. It's the longest Corridor in a hotel I have ever seen. Overall I think it's overpriced. It's right at the station but it is so far from any restaurant that you have to walk about 15 minutes to get anything to eat unless you just want to have a sandwich.

We woke up at 6 a.m. to the sound of doors slamming and high heels (it lasted about an hour). Then the cleaner started cleaning the next room (it was quite noisy). There was a slight vibration every time a bus passed. Other than that, the staff was helpful and the room was nice.

Good location if you stay 1-2nights, on the train station Zaragoza. It is easy to get to the center by frequent buses. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean.

Slow check-in for a paid for room - 5 mins, not exaggerating.
Enormous long corridors - walked 1km to breakfast room. Quoted 31€. Didn’t stay.

Nice rooms, super friendly staff.
Location is only good for layover or if you need a train. There is bot much around to do/see/eat. But we had a pleasant stay.

The hotel is very well located if you’re catching the AVE train and just passing through the city. However, it’s a bit of a walk from the room to the lobby and breakfast area.
The internet connection was quite unstable throughout our stay, and the air conditioning only worked in fan mode. Even after switching rooms, the issue remained, so it was uncomfortably warm at night.
The rooms are spacious and appear to be undergoing renovations, but they still fall short of a four-star hotel standard. I would rate it more as a comfortable three-star option for a short stay.

Largest hotel room I have ever had. Junior suite I think it was called. Nice view to the mountains.
Service in restaurant was so so, but quality of food was good.
Came home late one night and ordered room service. No additional charge for this service.

Apart from anything else, the location is perfect. My friend and I dragged our heavy suitcases and arrived at the high-speed rail station at around 10 o'clock. We got on the elevator and the hotel was just two steps away. It saved a lot of effort. Although the facilities in the room are a bit old, its price and location are very good, suitable for friends who take the high-speed rail for a day trip
