The hotel is very nice. The service, front desk personnel, and location the best. The restaurant and breakfast buffet top notch.
Maybe **** for Europe. but no way a four star hotel for the states. The room was way too small. I think I booked this room a year ago and could only get two twin beds. We squished together the two beds so the eight year old could sleep in the crack between the two beds. The room had no dresser draws or night stand tables. There was no where to put your cloths or unpack your suitcases. Not even a spot for a book or reading glasses. We were lucky to use the bathroom at night without getting killed navigating around the suitcases on the floor. I think I paid five hundred dollars a night. So I don't think I got the cheapest room in the place. Maybe because I booked it through a tour we got the worse room in the hotel or just got screwed.
