Everything was excellent! Inside the room there is a very comfortable bed with kettle and mini bar. Bathroom and room are a good size, clean. Staff very friendly, good breakfast.

Best Coffee. Beds had springs, not a firm mattress. Close to confluence of rivers. Clean. Window can open?

Very nice hotel. Quiet and peaceful. I loved the hotel breakfast, it was one of the best I have had. Good location and there was a very friendly lady of staff who was welcoming and assisting customers with care.

This hotel was very nice. In a top spot near the river and the CBD, shopping mall etc. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The restaurant for breakfast was also quite good. Our room did not have its own sauna, but there were male and female saunas near the main lobby. They were huge!, with a lounge, tv, toilets, shower etc.

Love the sauna room here. It is spacious and very comfortable indeed.
There is a river nearby and it has a pretty scenery during winter time.

Brilliant hotel, would definitely choose again. Spotlessly clean in every way. Great breakfast, fantastic sauna, and children's play room was a big hit for us. Most of all, the staff were so friendly, helpful, smiley faces and obviously a lot of pride in what they do. We loved this hotel, thank you for a great stay.

The hotel room was small for 3 persons. the facilities were old, and the sink was dirty and discolored. There is very little food for breakfast, and it will be gone soon. When the hair dryer was used normally in the room, the smoke alarm went off, and the service staff came with a very bad attitude, saying that the fire service had been notified to come and asked us to pay the bill. The fireman came and checked then left without saying a word. The fact is that the smoke alarm is so old that the slightest bit of moisture will alarm. We were asked to pay 1000 euros at check-out. It's real blackmail. I hope it's not because we're Chinese

Hotel generally quite comfortable with decent breakfast. However prefer their breakfast quality in Helsinki. Location wise was good as it’s right in the heart of the city.

Stayed for two nights as part of my tour package. Love the staff there! I had a free day at Rovaniemi, enquired with the front desk on the ski resort near the hotel. She was more than happy to check the opening time, whether prior reservation is required. Another staff even helped me book a taxi the next day to the resort. Accidentally triggered the alarm as I was drying my clothes with the dryer in the bathroom, staff are reassuring & helpful. Location is superb, room is comfortable.

Second time here and it is amazing.
The staff are friendly and approachable. Always willing to help.
The restaurant has a great menu and the service was swift.
The standard twin rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The beds just accept you and you get a wonderful night's rest.
It is right by the river but close to the centre. So everything is within walking distance.
