Clean, simple rooms. Super friendly staff. Good breakfast. Great facilities including a pool with hot tubs, but also - at additional cost - a big kids play area, bowling, and all kinds of sports and/or equipment.
They also have a restaurant with simple meals like burgers and chicken, etc. - decent food at very fair prices.
Great location if you have a car (parking available), but you could manage without a car too.
You can walk to an observation tower just nearby if aurora forecast looks good - we saw amazing auroras here - no tour or car needed if the sky is clear.
Honestly, if you are a family traveling with kids, I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Rovaniemi.
Locks were secure n safe.Noise was minimal

Location just 10 to 15 mins from the city.
The breakfast had nearly everything and was not as hot as hoped.Minor blemish.
The restaurant served Great tasty food which was easily Accessible.Comfy as well.
The Staff
Always Always Always helpful , informative and though not always able to meet our needs as sometimes out of their control.They were friendly and always able to offer alternatives.

Overall I would highly reccomend to any family to stay here.
Efficient and Friendly.
The hotel is not far from Ravaniemi, I think it's a 20 minute walk.
If your focus is more on the hotel side I'd suggest looking for another accommodation. Food options aren't great, it's a bit far from everything and rooms are OK. Nothing is bad, just feel like the nice hotels in town would offer a better experience overall

Although the location is a little far from the city center, it was not inconvenient because I took an Uber when I traveled anyway.
It's not a top-of-the-line facility, but it's a cost-effective place in Rovaniemi, where the accommodation is expensive.
However, breakfast did not meet expectations.
