Great hotel, I appreciate that we were out of season but very good value for the quality of hotel. Central location next to Lordi square and resteraunts

They offered a 15% discount but did not specify only if you booked directly. Their site not easy to use, so booked an extensive stay via Expedia and they refused to honor the discount or show any care at all. Said to undo all booking with Expedia and re-book directly but can’t take risk they will fill rooms as soon as available and have nowhere to stay. Not a nice way to start this trip

You are very well greeted by a smiling face ELLA. In fact she goes a step ahead to assist on making a travel plan if you need.
Hotel has a spacious restaurant and a well designed breakfast buffet.

I took part in a conference held here and bough breakfast in the restaurant. The conference rooms and area were spacious and well equipped with a separate dedicated lounge room and the breakfast was delicious (I only wish they had real juice). I visited my friends room and the rooms also looked comfortable and big and all in all everything looked nice and clean and modern. The only downside was the lunch. I don't know who took care of the menu, perhaps it was the organization of the conference , but there were limited choices in both food and drinks and many dishes were not tasty.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Location is truly amazing (in the center of the town). Our room windows were facing the main street.
Super nice touch is the sauna on the 5th floor. We used it every day.

Great service, great location, great range for breakfast. Nice spaces, big clean rooms. Very central. Bedrooms do become fairly warm, becames a bit overwhelming when changing into thermals!

Pros: The hotel enjoys an exceptional location, accompanied by a delightful breakfast and an impressive restaurant. Furthermore, the room includes a well-functioning sauna, enhancing the overall appeal of the stay. Everything you need is within walking distance.
Cons: The stay was too short, and a notable downside was the absence of a phone in the room.

The hotel is clean and good. But I'm shocked that events with loud music are organized and you can't sleep! You hear the sounds of music up to the 4th floor! It is not normal that as a customer we cannot sleep and have to wait until the event is over. No respect for other guests who paid for their rooms. The staff is very nice and can't do anything. It's not their fault. It is up to management not to accept events like this in the middle of the night!

Conveniently located in City Center, close to market and approachable distance from both bus and train station, this is a decent hotel with practically and thoughtfully designed rooms to take care of basic requirements if you are traveling to Rovaneimi for a few days. Breakfast was basic like others but they do provide packed breakfast if you have to leave early in morning and if you have requested one before. They packing nicely and quite liked their gesture.
Free sausa is available but the downside is it is available only between 6pm to 9 pm and not throughout the day

Had a fantastic time in Lapland and this hotel was brilliant. Room was clean and Comfortable food was superb Hotel staff was always helpful and friendly. One of the bar maids was excellent and helpful trying drinks. Location was good and not far from Santa Claus village. Highly recommend Looking forward to going back
