Dirty smelling. Graffiti in elevator. Booked for 3 persons and there were only two beds. No reception desk. Phone number not responding. We left after 15 minutes and went to another hotel. Lost the money but omena hotel to horrible to stay there.

the hotel itself is not bad, but the help of the support service was very disappointing. there were problems with the code, it took a very long time to get through. Besides, it's noisy. the walls look like cardboard. I didn't get enough sleep even once. due to the lack of reception, guests allow themselves to do whatever they want. they turn on the music at full volume at 5 a.m., they shout songs, in addition, all conversations are heard. I'm disappointed.

Basic room but it does come with a fridge which isn't always a given. Good location, but really is a cheap hotel.

Shower did not drain causing the bathroom to flood. The sheets were not clean. Did not get the code until I called support. Ended up not staying more than 1 night and checked into a different hotel.

This has been one of the worst experiences I ever had as a traveller. I couldn't get into the hotel on an evening arrival. They don't have a reception, and the codes they sent to get in were not working, so when I tried to reach out by phone, they claim to have a 24/7 service which it is a lie, they didn't pick up the phone, so I ended with no place in the night. I had to find another hotel, and now they dont even respond to my claim to give my money back. I wonder what would happen if something goes wrong during your stay, like joises or a fire, who do you call, they won't pick the phone so probably only the police

Very poor furniture and soundproofing.The height of the folding bed us disgusting. I feel like I was sleeping on the floor. The low frequencies unpleasantly massaged my ears despite the fact that my room is located on the fifth floor far from the street. Nevermind what the price is. You can definitely find better place for the same money.

Charged for 4 adult breakfasts on website while in room tv indicates there is child price...try to contact customer service from corridor phone, I was told to call customer service as they were night customer service. I called customer service (which was same in the end), cost me an extra €6... last time you guys. Next time, I'll spend the extra cash for a receptionist.

It is a simple hotel with everything you need for a short stay. There is no reception and the check-in process is really easy and quick. Cleaning was not that great.

This omena has a nice location, but could be more cared for, since it's a bit old. We didn't like the first room we got and we called costumer service. Very kindly they changed us to another room with best views. I only give 3 starts because of the hotel and the installation itself, also, the drains from the bathroom smelled randomly horrible, but I don't know if it was just ours or is a generalized problem.
