I loved every moment from start to finish!
All of the staff were really helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room was incredible with a comfy bed, a nice balcony, a great bathroom and complimentary robe, slippers and towel for the spa. The aquatic area, complete with pool, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna and Scandinavian cold bath was so relaxing. I even had it to myself for a while on one morning around 9am! I had breakfast in the restaurant, which I would recommend.
Overall a fantastic stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay.
Large rooms, beautifully decorated. Colors, lights and decoration throughout the hotel very nicely chosen.
Big pool, jacuzzi, sauna and fitness with good material.
Very good quality breakfast.
We already recommanded the hotel to friends and will come back.

A lovely Hotel, modern and contemporary with all the facilities you would except. Good secure parking. Hotel is about a 25 minute walk around the lake to the Old Town. I stayed for 5 nights, and thought that for that period I may have been given one of the rooms overlooking the front of the Hotel, which was better than looking straight into the Gym, from my bed. There were no net curtains, so lying on the bed people in the Gym could look straight in unless you closed the curtains even during the day. Just a suggestion therefore, with such rooms, have net curtains!

Very nice brand new and modern hotel! Nothing to complain about, the decoration of the room is splendid (marble, molding on the wall, wood ...), very pleasant and responsive room service, excellent and plentiful breakfast. Only downside, the rooms communicate by their balcony ... it is very pretty and design but not safe. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the Spa on this impromptu stay, everything was full. The hotel is very well located: on the edge of the lake and 30 minutes walk from the center and the old town.

We enjoyed our stay here. Upon check in we had to request a room relocation from next to the elevator but after that everything was good. A/C worked well, bedding was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The room also had a lot of closet/storage space. The restaurant was pricey and had a very limited menu. There was also a bar menu which was extremely limited and offered pricey drinks. The bar seating was very low (note to those who have hip pain). On site Parking was convenient and safe but cost extra. On Friday evening there was a singer outside the front “beach area” which was a man made imitation of a beach with beach chairs. It was a very lengthy process to check out because we didn’t bring the check in paperwork with the deposit receipt. Every time the front desk staff printed a page, they had to walk across the hall into an office to collect the page from a printer there. Very inefficient and time consuming for the guest.

We visited Rivage hotel as a family with two teenagers and a dog - we were all made to feel very welcome! Our rooms were spacious and comfortable each with a large balcony. The hotel's pool area is large and very relaxing with several jacuzzi and sauna facilities. We enjoyed sitting in the summer 'beach' area with deckchairs and sand, and the large comfortable bar area was great for watching the Olympics on a large screen. Our dog was welcomed in all areas and always offered a bowl of water which was very much appreciated in the hot weather. Excellent buffet for breakfast with a lot of choice. In particular there was delicious bread and locally made jam. There is secure parking on site for both cars and bikes, and the location is excellent for access to the lake just across the road and the town about 20 minutes walk along the shore. We will definitely go back for another stay!

The reception is a bit slow or there should be at least three people at the desk. Two at peak time is to less.
The bathroom was not in good conditions. The shower ceiling paint was already pealing off. The bathroom was not very clean. Hair in the shower. All the edges are yellow and the sink does not seem much maintained. The bed was ok but some written information about the hotel in the room would be helpful.
The breakfast was stunning and we enjoy it.
The dinner was a big let-down. The music in the background from the beach bar was too loud and make it unpleasant to stay for dinner too long. The waiters were very clumsy. Always drop things, did not really have enough time to take care of the guest. The food was average. Not really worth to try it again.
We were happy the hotel provided e-car charing and the location is very convenient.
Value for money is not really there except the breakfast.

We enjoyed a 1 night stop here on a drive back through the alps from Cannes.
The hotel is a modern design and very clean. Service was good and the rooms were well appointed with pleasant balconies, although not very private.
Check was at 4pm and after returning from a walk whilst waiting for the room to be ready, at 3.55 we were told the room still wasn’t going to be ready. The check out time is 11am and they cant have rooms ready by 4pm is unacceptable, I did point this out and miraculously they found us another room that was ready.
We had drinks in the outdoor area to the front of the hotel which is made like a beach with deckchairs and very lovely. Drinks were reasonably priced.
Anne y as an area is beautiful, the hotel is in front on the huge lake with many water sports and activities going on. The main town is lovely and is made up of waterways lined with bars and restaurants, it’s a very lovely 30 minutes walk along the lake to get there.
Breakfast was extra at €21 pp, not the best or worst breakfast we had this trip, but it was an ok buffet.
All in all a great stay despite the check in issues, 1 night wasn’t enough , we should have stayed 2.

Stayed here for four nights. The receptionist staff and housekeeping staff are very kind :) The room was comfortable with a lovely view.
My two downsides to the Rivage in Annecy however are the following:
1) Having a refrigerator in my room was important - ours was not working at all.
2) Gentle heads up - the taller/lean male manager with long, dark blonde hair in a low pony tail working at the bar came off VERY aggressive one night. My husband simply asked if he could see the menu to potentially order room service, but was informed by a miss working at the bar that the kitchen was closing in 2 minutes. No problem! Obviously, we would never order something so close to closing. The interaction between my husband and the miss was literally about 20 seconds (French is not our forte), BUT before my husband could simply speak and say that it was not an issue, this gentleman came up and asked very aggressively “IS THERE A PROBLEM?. The body language, eye rolling and tone of this manager came off very passive aggressive. It was honestly pretty wild to be honest. From someone who is also working in hospitality, this is honestly unacceptable behavior in the industry, especially to
someone who was just asking a question. I hope moving forward, he can be more gentle with his demeanor to guests, especially traveling in from different countries to stay at the Rivage with I’m sure, plenty of questions at the facility.

The communication and support we received from the staff was wonderful. The view from the terrace was absolutely amazing. We had to come back after checking out because we forgot things in the safe. Even then, the staff were so personable and helpful. We will definitely book here again in the future.
