Old stone building that was cute, nice view of city, had to go steps, no elevator, no AC

I may have been a bit grumpy on arrival as I had taken an overnight bus and only dozed in 24 hours. Neverthe less the staff was not unfriendly but not warm and welcoming either. The door requires a code which I didn’t know so I went to the family door. I was told « there is a button » when I checked in I asked for the WiFi pwd, she pointed to a sign that said it’s on the back of the door. I guess...

This is a lovely, clean hotel very close to old town- everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. Staff is friendly. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Great location and view Rooms are small but nice, no AC but was fine with open windows at night. Awesome view from the room and terrace, and convenient location - old town is right at the bottom of the hill and the lake is a few mins walk away.

Charming, small hotel in a great location in Annecy. Having been told ahead of time by the hotel that it’s petit with no A/C was a big help for our expectations. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Gorgeous Alpine town!

I liked the location at the top of a hilll. The view from our window was over the town. I did not like the noise at night from a crowed of people who gathered seemingly under our windowl However the noise stopped by eleven in the evening and the rest of the night was quiet. We loved our 2 night stay at Le Boutik. Perfect location in the old town of Annecy, yet you can drive to the hotel to drop off your luggage. Be sure to access the hotel by car on Rue de la Providence to drive down this one way street. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and Annecy was mobbed. No parking to be had anywhere. Wonderful boutique Hotel within walking distance to the old town of Annecy. Very quiet location. Beautiful designed and decorated rooms. We only missed a large mirror and a vanity mirror. Lovely breakfast wirth home made yoghurt. We recommend room 10 (the grey room) We would stay here again and will add the Hotel to our Design and Travel Guide.

I like the style of the hotel it’s a romantic hotel, hotel was very clean, staff was lovely, hotel location in front of anncey lake and it’s in city center, the door of the hotel in behind and easy to reach the hotel,

Hotel reception was great. We arrived ~2hrs early; they took our bags & after returning from wonderful seafood lunch, our room, #2 on ground floor, was ready + luggage placed in room. Our bed was very comfortable & staff was fab! Spent 3 wonderful nights here.

Warm welcome; excellent staff; very good breakfast; excellent location; but worn out rooms -- broken furniture, blocked drains, etc. Perhaps an end-of-season problem which will be sorted out before next year.

The location is fabulous and the decor interesting and fun. We had a great time and especially appreciated the friendly staff. One employee went way out of his way to greet us every morning and make dinner reservations for us. It was such a wonderful way to experience Annecy!

Firstly the positives. The receptionist is super helpful and friendly and the breakfast was simple but tasty. The main positive is the location. Right in front of the old town and a short walk to the lake. Unfortunately the other reviews on here are right- the rooms are a throwback to a guest house in the 1980s at best. The service was excellent and friendly despite our late arrival. The location is top-notch! Well, the room isn't really that great, but with the view of the backyard and the small hallways, it's somehow authentic. But please don't expect too much. The central location is simply fantastic.

The truth is that at first I was very happy, although the TV's control and Wi-Fi were very bad due to the place where it was located, the gentleman was worth it. In the end, he disrespected me, disgusted me, and I have no desire to remember that horrible old man.

Was the perfect location for the evening!

The room is in a very good location, very good, in the center of the process. The boss has a bad temper. I asked if I could store my bag, and he said yes, and put it in the lobby, outside the front desk, in an open and unenclosed space outside. I asked if I could put it inside, and the boss refused and got angry, with no patience, and asked me if my things were often stolen in China...?

Budget hotel, great location Good value, no frills, old hotel in a the middle of the all the action. Perfect for the budget minded with managed expectations. Bathroom was clean and updated.

There is free coffee at the hotel. The lobby is nice and cozy and it is located near to Annecy's attractions. However, the power in our room tripped early in the morning. We informed the front desk, but they were not able to solve the issue for the whole morning until we checked out.

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The location is excellent—super convenient for walking around and exploring the town.

Very centrally located. Just 15 minutes walk to the lake and we enjoyed our stay. Train station is just around the corner which we love it! The hotel design is modern and clean. Bathroom is rather cold, without a proper tower heater but it’s all good.

The hotel I stayed at this time was very clean throughout, and the cleaning was thorough and thorough, so I was able to stay comfortably. Spent a wonderful day in Annecy. The hotel staff was very welcoming, the room was small but well-equipped, and most importantly, it was close to the train station and only 10 minutes walk to the lake. Very cost-effective

The room is of average size, not particularly large. It is next to the road but not noisy. Environment: Very close to Annecy train station, commercial streets and attractions. Can't really fault it for the price.. Great location, clean room, nice and warm, friendly service. Parking was super easy approx 150m away in the underground place and with the card from the hotel it only cost 7eur for 24 hours. Plus it had loads of cheap EV charging. Going in November I guess it was quiet, only another 4 people in the breakfast and full choice available. Not many hot options but...

Hotel located in a very quiet location. If you are on foot, you can take the bus or walk about 30 minutes to the city. We were really well received (small touches) very smiling, kind hostess and the room was clean, comfortable bed...we will come back with pleasure sincerely.

Complicated to contact the owners responsible for the establishment. Wrong door code, wait 2 hours to get it
