Clean, modern and friendly Nice hotel in a very convenient location. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The Pitched roof was a problem. We kept banging our heads. The staff was very helpful and they only spoke French. Parking was supposed to be included but they told me I was supposed to make a reservation.

We had a good stay and the hotel overall was good. Staff were helpful however air conditioning didn’t work I. The room and staff could solve just said to open the window which was not helpful as very hot anyway. Room no. 601 on the 6th floor is small (~9 sqm), but with balcony and an excellent view to lake and Montblanc, very small bathroom, free and secured parking place, acceptable quality wifi, elevator. Excellent location. 10 mins from old town, 2 mins from beach. Room was very clean, staff very friendly. Would recommend 4stars. Great air con. Parking across the road, use Flowbird app, it costs 7:50 euros per day. Also shower was very good.

This is a great hotel just a 15-20min walk, around the lake, from the centre of Annecy. We didn't eat in the hotel because their were many other options nearby. There's a couple of really good bakery options for breakfast and several restaurants for dinner. The staff at the hotel were great and the room was clean and comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again.

Nice place, located close to the lake and a 10min to the centre. First nigth had some aircon noise, but it was fixed next day.

The Hotel was in a good location to visit Annecy. The rooms were clean and well equipped.. The food in the Restaurant was very nice with a good choice. The only problem we encountered was although we had booked parking it had not been reserved. However, the staff moved their car so we could park in the side street by the Hotel. The staff were efficient and friendly.

Location was perfect, safe & quite. Street parking is limited (impossible on weekends) but there is parking lot around the corner for €20 a day. Rooms were small but functional. Wall blow dryer was horrible. Breakfast was ok in selection. With all that in mind, I would stay here again.

Well if you are just interested in a short stay and a small al breakfast it is good. The location near the city makes it nice. The room prices are moderate from 70 till 130€ per night. It is important to make a reservation with discussing about the room price if you want to get an effort.

Great breakfast, home made cookies, good cheese and eggs. This is an "odd" hotel in that it's a lower-cost chain, but they're making an effort for it to have some character, and it does. Great staff. Room decent too.

Rooms are clean and the breakfast is quite good and reasonably priced. Staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the shower tend to leak all over the floor and the water pressure is very low unless the shower head is placed at waist height.

Very friendly staff who helped with every request. The hotel was great value for a triple room and unlike other reviews on here the room was big. Bathroom clean but the room itself wasn’t as clean with a very dusty door and a piece of chewing gum on the carpet. The bed had an exposed spring in the mattress and ripped sheets. We spent 3 nights here. The hotel has a lovely view of the lake. Our room was small but cosy with a view of the woods. We slept so well. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good with a wide choice. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the centre of Annecy so no need to drive once you have parked the car in the hotel car park.

Very nice hotel had a great view over the lake from my balcony. Very boutique feel to the room and the decor and probably the best shower I’ve encountered. They lady on the reception was very bubbly and helpful and answered all the questions I had. Free water in the room is a nice touch but I found the bar to be a bit expensive. Great on-budget option The staff is extremely nice, and I was surprised to find a Spanish speaker at the reception. Keep in mind that this is not a 5-star hotel. You get what you pay for. You need to use the stairs to get to the reception on the first floor, but it is cozy, right in the city center and within walking distance of an awesome lake.

A classic old European hotel, it has everything you would expect and some things you wouldn't normally have. For example, there are no slippers and mineral water. I suggest you bring some shampoo. The front desk is very welcoming. Just leave your keys at the front desk when you go out. The pizza across from the hotel is delicious

Not very well located, very small room, and cleanliness of the room to be reviewed. Big problem: horrible sound insulation. You can clearly hear everything that happens in the adjacent rooms as well as in the hallway. As a result, it is impossible to spend a single decent night in this establishment. We had a great stay at Le Flamboyant. The location is very good for traveling all around, with free parking. The room is spacious and clean, breakfast was good, although we missed some tommatos, which would be great if it was included :-) The staff was kind and helpful, we will recomend our friends to stay in this hotel .

Comfortable hotel at a 30m walk from the city center. Furthermore, there is a supermarket at a convenient 5m walk from the hotel, while the lake can be reached in approx. 10m. Ground floor is fully accessible by wheelchair / stroller and rooms are quote spacious (easily fitted out baby cot). Also, there is a dedicated load/unload parking spot and free parking space next to the hotel.

The lady in reception was absolute nice, she helped us alot throughout our stay im Annecy. The room is okay with all the tuorist need, my room has a view directly to the old town street. Location is the best where it's right next to the old town, or you can say it's in the old town, couple of minutes to the bus station, so everything is in your control. Nice hotel but very noisy. We were given a room opposite a brewery and it is impossible to sleep. Guests slamming doors and shouting down the stairs. Difficult to rest.

We enjoyed our stay very much. This was not some super new or fancy place but it was exactly what we needed. It was impeccably clean to start. The room service also left our room looking marvelous during the stay. The gentleman who worked at the front desk was not only very helpful and kind but also went out of his way to be extra helpful in a time of need. We would stay here again. absolutely

We've stayed in this hotel for one night. For it's price and quality probably the best option. Nice and friendly lady on the reception who explained us everything. The room was clean with everything we needed. It's located in around 20 minutes walking from center, or otherwise there's bus stop just next to the hotel(8 minutes in this case).

Great option as a base if you're exploring the area, clean hotel with gated parking off-street. Clean and tidy rooms and friendly staff that speak good English. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and more than enough seating. Just a couple of minutes from the Lake Annecy waterfront which is brilliant. Only about 20-25 minutes' walk to the heart of the town in addition.

It was very expensive, our rooms were little and and a bit dusty. But the staff was friendly and we could charge our E-Car! The breakfast was nice and big, but not many vegan options and no vegetables. It was near the beautiful lake and beautiful Annecy!

Came here to attending the Annecy animation festival, I live here for a week, the hotel is clean and comfort, my room have a good view of Annecy Lake. The Miss in accommodation desk is very kind hearted.

Quirky little hotel. Each room is unique. Close to the historic city. Not for people who need everything to be perfect. Viewing the room before deciding to stay is an important step. This is our second stay at Hotel Central and I would stay here again if we come back to Annecy.
