Friendly and polite staff, very helpful throughout our stay. However, the room was not clean, and something was biting and irritating us, which made the stay uncomfortable and needs urgent attention. On a positive note, the hotel amenities and restaurants are excellent, with a great breakfast selection and a quality Italian restaurant.

Really the best hotel. The hospitality, the cleanliness of the rooms, the quality of the bed linen is truly exceptional, a real plus! The restaurant on the 9th floor, as well as the bar are excellent! With such a view thanks to the roof. A very good stay, we will be back! And a big plus for the breakfast. I recommend !

A great stay, not to mention the impeccable service from the team! The pool was not available but the team was able to compensate and put a smile back on our faces! I hope to be able to stay there again on our next visits!

Perfect! What a wonderful hotel, the breakfasts, brunches are completely crazy, the rooms clean and spacious, the staff very attentive... I won't even mention the swimming pool, a night view of the city of Bordeaux, magical!... Special mention to Guillaume who found me a room despite a booking problem on an external site, he was perfect in every way 😍 I will come back without hesitation and with great pleasure.

We originally booked 2 nights at this hotel but needed to change it to 1 night. Both the app and website didn't allow it, so had to phone the hotel. Location is great, right next to Les Halles which great for food and atmosphere. Check-in was fine, we were given a run-down of the facilities, including the roof-top bar and pool opening hours. The room was fine except for a couple of items, firstly there were no robes which would be useful to use for the pool, secondly the bathroom shower leaked onto the floor and the bathroom door handle was so close to the edge of the door making it difficult to open/close. We dined out but intended to have a digestiv in the rooftop bar, only to be told that it was closed for a private event - annoying! We mentioned this on check-out and was told we should have received notification of this several days previously - we hadn't! Overall though we like this hotel and will book again.

This hotel is a tram journey away from the busy city centre! Loved that the wine museum and market were so close by. We were also able to take a short walk along the riverside.
The room was standard and well equipped with what you expect from normal hotels, yet very clean and new. Coming to visit with an occasion of anniversary, appreciate the hotel helped decorated our room with balloons and rose petals! The breakfast had a decent range of foods at the rooftop floor, which had a beautiful view of Bordeaux. The indoor swimming pool is just next to the restaurant, yet the water is slightly colder than expected. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful, giving us suggestions on directors and how to plan our itinerary.
Sadly, the aircon in the room wasn’t cool enough and I think it broke down during the night. our fridge was also out of order and it was not cold. Lovely that the staff let us store our wine and foods at the reception fridge.

What an amazing experience!
Absolutely loved staying at this hotel, right opposite the Wine museum and close to the tram. A bit away from city centre but easy 30 min walk/20 min tram.
Highly recommend staying here and would like to commend the front desk staff who were so helpful and friendly.
Cherry on top was the adorable anniversary surprise we got in our room :)

Great Location and a “wow” factor on the hotel design as they have re-purposed old silos. The service was top notch and great.

Positive-Service upon entry, bathroom/shower, and cleanliness.
Cons-Bed was SO soft (it was so soft I almost gave a 3 star), AC was worse than another hotel in Paris that was a lower star, the room service was limited (not what is expected for a 4 star property), and the bar had limited hours.
