Who needs a swimming pool just to get 4 star, or whatever else it takes? This place was perfect and exceeded expectations. Maybe I should expect 3 stars to be better, but I have to say, the room was perfect, new, fresh and adequately big. The bathroom was perfect and location was...well about 300 meters from the Palais and on the main square. What more could I want? Well, the staff were friendly, helpful, chatty and informative and if that wasn't enough, breakfast buffet was delicious. 3 star variety, but better if you know what I mean. If I visit Avignon again, I'm staying here.

This hotel was excellent and offered everything I wanted for my stay—updated, impeccably clean, updated and near everything I wanted to see. Yes, it was a small room but so cozy and comfortable!! Palais du Papes is right around the corner. Lots of good places to eat right out the front door in place de L’Horlage, great shopping and the Pont is within walking distance. What’s more, the room was so quiet and the staff was lovely. So happy we chose well and stayed here.

It was quite far from the station. The room condition was fine, but the bathtub drain was broken, so I couldn't take a half-bath. They said they would fix it on the second day or change the room, but they didn't fix it or change the room. There was no view from the room, and although there was a window, it didn't seem to be ventilated.

Even though it is very close to the Papal Palace, it is in the old town. The location is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby, and this town is very distinctive. Breakfast is also provided here, which is convenient for going out. The architecture is also very distinctive

Great hotel and a great location. Just a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. Right next to the palace of the popes. The front desk girls were impeccable! So welcoming, helpful and ready to help with anything and any question. To me - that makes for a comfortable and memorable stay! Located in a beautiful square.

We stayed for two nights and love everything about this hotel. The super cute room with a comfortable bed, the amazing view out the window and the small but perfect bathroom. Everything clean and new. The staff is so lovely and helpful and they spoke excellent English. Breakfast was plenty and fresh. Can highly recommend!

Very convenient location , near to Palais Des Papes parking with a 20% discount given . Staff were friendly and helpful .
