They are simply thieves. And are rude about it.
I accidentally booked the wrong date (a day earlier than I needed). Contacted the hotel immediately (within 15 minutes) of making the reservation and asked for a change of date or refund. Not only did they refuse and chose to charge me but also were rude in all our communications. (Phone and messaging)
Shocking! They are an embarrassment to all hospitality providers in France!

Absolutely shocking experience. Booked a stay on the wrong date by accident. Called the hotel within 10 minutes of making the mistake to attempt to cancel the booking and they refused.
They were unapologetic and extremele rude. Charged us for a room we canceled and never stayed it.

What a fantastic find. This hotel is beautiful in its authentic French style topped only by the service from it's owners, Stefan and Emmanuelle who could not do enough to ensure that our short stay was perfect. Stefan gave us some fantastic recommendations for dinner and also to cover the main sites as our stay was only for two days. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We will certainly be back one day.

Absolutely delightful Hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is incredible to explore the town. The proprietors are knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast is a MUST! Delicious homemade everything even yogurt!

The hotel location is very convenient, its a quick walk to the train station on one side and the Palais des Papes one the other side. A lot of popular restaurants nearby the hotel.
The host is very friendly and helped us to confirm our travel plans to other sites outside of Avignon.
The room is spacious and clean, the window overlooks a beautiful quiet street. The only downside is to carry our luggage up the stairs, but it should be no problem if one is fit.
I would stay there again if I go back to Avignon.

Amazingly helpful staff, Stephan has helped us for reservations in Avignon but also for our further trip to South of France. Attention to detail and human touch. Also location of the property is very good for discovering Avignon.

Great hotel, top service, good rooms and magnificent breakfast. The entire breakfast was home-made and the rosemary-apricot confiture was beyond delicious. We arrived quite late but still they took the time to point out nice restaurants en places to go to. Since we only stayed for one night we already planned to go back!

The building is conveniently located smack in the centre of town, a 10 minutes’ walk from the train station. The room I stayed in (nr. 7) was quiet, with all the furniture you might expect, including what I think is an antique English wardrobe.
The amenities are fine – plenty of electrical sockets, there’s WiFi, and the shower is clean.

Great location in the center of the walking district. I really recommend the hotel to anyone who are willing to climb stairs. Our room was at the end of a narrow winding staircase. For us, this added to the experience but for anyone with limitations, this may be a problem.

Room was very clean. No concerns in the current environment. Lots of steep stairs to the top floor, but no issues. Maybe one suitcase at a time instead of a big load. Great location right where you want to be in town. Service was spectacular. For example, Stephane went above and beyond for us when we had to covid test for our 72 hour QR code. Problems with the pharmacy and communication… their messages wouldn’t go to a US phone. He went to the pharmacy with us and used his phone then past to us for the download. Haven’t been to very many hotels that would go to these lengths!
