It was a very quick stop over for 1 night. Arrived in the evening and we were welcomed by a very lovely and helpful team/staff. The bed is very comfortable and the room very clean. Our dog was very welcomed as well. The town is very cute and charming and a great stopover if you are driving through France.

The hotel was lovely and the staff as helpful as can be, with a smile. Rooms were clean and comfortable. (A little more electric light would be nice.) Very close, on foot, to restaurants, stores and bars in Beaune.

We had diner in the hotel restaurant (like many other guests). The boeuf bourguignon was excellent and so was the wine. But next time i might order 3 courses with the "Coupe du Clos de Vougeot au Sorbet cassis arrosé de Marc et Prunelle de Bourgogne Jacoulot" (as starter, main and dessert). That tasted heavenly! The next morning the nest pleasant surprise: breakfast! It was the best in our 3 weeks 'Tour de France'. Great place to stay when visiting Beaune.

The room was spacious and clean with a very good size bathroom. The breakfast was a buffet and had everything you could imagine and all fresh.

Virginia was an excellent host. She went out of her way to help us and make our stay memorable: From making us last minute dinner reservations, to translating the website to set up our Covid tests; she was a wonderful example of French hospitality

Very nice staff, clean rooms, reasonable prices, and great location. Being right across from the train station made it more convenient than any other hotel I stayed in. The connected restaurant is also excellent.

We were just here to check-in for our reservation, there was a sign on the door of when the réception will be open but we waited 30 minutes after 15h and still there was no sign of staff in the hotel, we decided to go to another hotel.
What kind of place accepts a reservation and have nobody there for the check in?
Waiting to see if they will charge us for a no-show when we clearly showed up on time but nobody was there to help us.

Very friendly reception. Clean room and evironment. Lovely bar to have some drinks. Walking distance from the city center.

The hotel itself nice and chic. Rooms are good and the bathroom was very clean. Good value for money. Super close to the train station and the centre of town. However, there was no iron and we had to borrow the cleaners iron which was inconvenient. The internet isn’t good as it doesn’t stay connected and drops out every 5mins.
