L'Hôtel de Beaune in Beaune

All aspects of our stay at L’Hotel were outstanding. The hotel is perfectly located in the city center and is a beautiful facility. The staff, from the day we booked until we departed, were happy and totally focused on maximizing our customer experience. I can’t imagine a better place to spend for a wonderful experience in the French wine country. I rate this a 5 Star +.

This is an absolutely wonderful hotel. It deserves 10/10. We were upgraded to a gorgeous suite upon arrival and the staff especially Marie at the front desk was a gem. She assisted us with dinner reservations and advice. The room was beyond description. Comfortable and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was a delight. L'Hotel is definitely deserving a 5 Star rating.

We had a fantastic stay here, I could not recommend the hotel more. The location was right in the center of town, and each member of the staff was exceptionally warm and helpful. There was a wide spread of fruit/veggies, pastries, made-to-order eggs and omlettes, fresh juice, etc. for breakfast. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. Although we didn't use it, there was also a fitness center. What made the stay so special was the level of service from all the staff members -- truly 5 stars. hope to stay here again!

Everything was excellent, the location, the friendliness and service of the staff, the room. Actually we stayed to short. so we surely want to come back.

We absolutely love this charming little hotel and have stayed here many times . It’s extremely well located in the centre of Beaune and the service is excellent. The rooms in the main hotel are comfortable and some have lovely views over the courtyard. The restaurant has, in our view, one of the best wine lists in Beaune and truly delicious food in a peaceful outdoor setting.

Our stay at the hotel was so fantastic, from the rooms, the location and the food. But the staff stands out as the most exceptionell. They were so kind, sweet and willing to help out in anything they could - we were overwhelmed by their service. Can't wait to visit again.

We were very pleased with everything that this beautiful and homely hotel could offer. The standard of rooms the professionalism of staff and the quality of breakfast and dinner couldn't be better. We travelled in two cars and parked at the Hotel. Booking is required as the secure car park attached to the hotel is small. We used the chauffeur service for two tastings and highly rated the service. Erik our driver was very professional and was always ready to transport us back at the end of the tasting. We had dinner at the Hotel as well as local restaurants and would recommend the roast chicken carved at the table. The meal accompanied by fine wines from the extensive wine cellar was one of the highlights of our trip. The location of the Hotel couldn't be better. It is right in the heart of the town with everything within easy walking distance. A very enjoyable 4 night stay that improved our knowledge of Burgundy wines enormously.
