room was lovely, staff really nice, breakfast was great.
my only criticism was when i asked for a room i asked for parking and a dog.. they explained it was something like 22 euro and 15 euro extra to which i agreed and then they gave me a total for the night.. which i agreed. When i went to pay they added it to the total and said it wasn't included in the price.

I suggested they don't call it a total if it's not a total.. it may just be a language barrier but all in all it was a lovely stay.

We stayed for the weekend to Monday. We loved our stay,the hotel missed a few amenities like wash cloth towels or vanity set. The staff was super nice and helpful and the sunset views from the room is glorious. I wish we spent more time in the hotel to enjoy it but we’ll definitely go back. The hotel has paid parking or you can park on the street and pay per hour. On Sundays weekend parking is free. There’s a marketplace next to eat you can eat and a Carrefour 50metres away if you need to shop for anything extra

Everything was great. Nice clean rooms with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet was also good with warm options and a lot of healthy choices. My only suggestion would be to be mindful of the amount of people behind the reception desk as there was a huge line and it took a very long time for checkin even with a prepaid reservation.

We stayed two nights. I wish it could have been longer. The service was first rate. The hotel is modern. The rooms were bright. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and a waffle maker. The dinner was good too. The fitness center was well equipped and of a good size.
What could be improved is the number of power points in the room and the addition of USB charge points.

I stayed last week for 4 nights. This is about my 7th stay there and it honestly gets better each time. The hotel runs like a hotel should. It is extremely clean and well organized and has a very positive energy throughout.
The staff are exceptional! You are warmly greeted by everyone and it is genuine.
I arrived quite late at night and was checked in by Florian & Kenhn you were so great and welcoming to deal with after my long trip and I can’t thank them enough for the amazing room that they allocated me.
Also thank you to Julie who so calmly and efficiently checked me out and helped me when I was running out of time to catch my train . She escorted me to my room and helped when I couldn’t seem to get my key to work🤪

I don't give 5 stars that often but this hotel deserves it! From the impeccable cleanliness to the lovely view, friendly and helpful staff, it is top notch, and for a very decent price. I'll absolutely be back!

We have just returned from a four day stay at the Hilton.
The hotel and trip was great especially the hotel which in my opinion is very well located.
Close to the train station and about a 10 minute walk to the nearest tram stop.
The hotel is very modern with a nice bar and restaurant
The staff were the biggest asset and very helpful.
There are enough bars and restaurants close by to provide a good choice of places to eat especially the food hall. La Boca
