My wife and I stayed at the Le Boutique Hotel for the first part of our honeymoon - the room and service were fantastic! An extremely spacious bathroom with separate shower/tub and a toilet with a bidet. All service members were very friendly. Restaurants, and shops you need are within walking distance. Overall, it's a great deal and it was absolutely the best room we had during our trip. Thanks again!

It was fantastic pool was technically a bath! Rooms were perfect i found it spacious enough inside the bathroom but we had to wait for a long time to get our room ready and there was a fire alarm ringing outside my room at 4 AM lasted for a bit everything else was great,Thank you for reading

I adore this hotel! Literally the kindest staff ever and such a comfortable and cozy vibe to the whole place. It’s also in a great location!
They coordinated an entire day of wine tastings for us including a driver. Next time I visit Bordeaux, I’ll definitely be staying here again.

The rooms are pretty nice, albeit the one we had was a little cramped with the way the bathroom and toilets are layed out, but what really sets LBHB apart is the staff and attention to detail. Other than the Ritz Carlton, I have a hard time thinking of a hotel that has better customer service than this. From the room service, to the hand written notes on arrival and departure, to the endless ways they’ll find to make your stay better, it really is a first class experience.
The location of the hotel couldn’t be any better to accessing public transit and getting around. And there is an abundance of wonderful bars, restaurants, and coffee shops just minutes walk away. We were there for a 4 night stay and we’re really blown away at the wonderful experience we had. Top, top, hotel.

Such a great hotel with the nicest concierge staff every single shift! Loved the historic feel with the marble, wrought iron, board & batten, but modern twists with the emerald tones. Loved to wind down in the siting area every night. Appreciated the complementary drinks & snacks. Didn't really get to enjoy the courtyard or spa, but it looked very nice! Thank you so very much for a wonderful stay!

We had an incredible stay at Le Boutique Hotel in Bordeaux. The service was top notch, our room was beautiful, and it was centrally located to walk around the city. We received 5 star service and highly recommend the suite with the on terrace. It was a highlight of our honeymoon.

The location is great, very close to the center of the city, walked everywhere. The service was superb, especially Numa who was wonderful, helpful, made great restaurant recommendations and reached out to us before we even arrived. Breakfast included, pretty good selection. The hotel itself is really beautiful. The rooms, though...ours was so small, we had to take turns getting up from the bed. It was literally the size of my bathroom, even though it was a nice room, very clean, they gave us complimentary bottle of wine, fresh fruits, dessert, bath robes, etc. But I think it should be illegal to offer the rooms this size. I think they are too small for even one person. I would not have expected such tiny rooms from an otherwise 5 star hotels. Yes, Numa saw our disappointment and offered us a pretty good upgrade to a much nicer room, but we still had to pay and it would have been way too much money.

Lovely property located in a wonderful location. Next to great restaurants and shopping. Most of the main attractions are a short walk down vibrant streets. The staff was excellent, the rooms were spacious and clean. Good wife, great bathroom with hot water, robes and large soft towels. There is a small wading pool, great for the children, and although we didn't try it, spas. The staff goes out of they're way to make you at home, and offered us wonderful recommendations for meals a sightseeing

The staff at reception is great but the staff at the bar/breakfast area not friendly.
I would not consider a 5 star hotel for amenities and services; only for the price which is high compared to local nice hotels.

We loved Le Boutique Hôtel Bordeaux! The interior decor was elegant, all the staff were professional with a focus on customer service, and our room was exceptional. We loved the welcome bottle of wine and included items in the fridge. Location was perfect for us because it was easy to get to by car, if needed, but one block from the walking district of the old town. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Bordeaux!
