Comfortable rooms, but would look more modern and fresh if the walls were painted white, instead of the pale yellow/magnolia.
Lovely staff, great meal and breakfast.
Location is easy to get to and great for a night. But not much to walk to, so it is lucky the restaurant's food is so good. Last year we really enjoyed sitting around the pool, it was a shame the weather stopped us doing it this time.

Bel hotel , bien situé , le personnel est aux petits soins , le restaurant paisible et ses pris sont accessibles , très très belle chambre ; literie de 180 ... silence absolu .. petit dejeuner sans reproche . Douche à l'eau froide par contre ce qui n'est pas admissible Pourquoi surclasser les voyageurs au 5 eme puisque la reception a confirmé qu'il y avait un problème d'eau chaude à ce niveau ? Incroyable..

Une belle découverte accessible bus 45 et tramway 1 pas besoin de bouger la voiture pour accéder au centre très chic Merci à Christophe à l accueil eta toute l équipe pour sa gentillesse et bienveillance Déjeuner avec d excellents produit ..

Magnifique hôtel très bien situé avec un immense parking où l'on peut se garer gratuitement. Nous y avons passé le week-end où nous y avions organisé un événement dans l'un de ses salles. Le staff est sympa, notament Kevin et Christophe à la réception. Un remerciement particulier à Laure qui s'occupe de la réservation des salles de séminaire. Réactive et très professionnelle, elle a su nous proposer un service adapté et personnalisé qui nous a permis d'organiser un très bon événement. Nous reviendrons.

Relogée ici suite annulation vol Toulouse Lyon Easyjet de dernière minute, (no comment), agréable surprise de se retrouver ds ce bel hotel 4*, classe, avec réceptionniste et serveurs tous plus agréables les uns que les autres. Chambre spacieuse, très agréable, belle salle de bain. Seul petit bemol, rideaux de douche. Restaurant très bien.

Great stay !! We loved the place. The staff was the nicest, the breakfast was really good, the swimming pool was perfect and quite available. Free parking, great wifi and the room was big and comfortable. We made the best decision to stay here, as initially we had thought about staying in toulouse city center. As we had a car it was a short ride into Toulouse with all the advantages of the hotel. We can very much recommend the hotel and will come back.

I did not enjoy this hotel. It is too from the old city. You will need an Uber or Taxi at 15 to 18 Euro per trip. This place thrives off of the pharma presentations to the hospital. Suspect that has caused them to neglect decor and physical plant.. Mid-pile shag carpet in the rooms (gross). Furniture has a 1990s feel to it. Room fridge did not work and AC never got room cool. The room was plain hot. The room cleaning was excellent though. They did their best. Hotel toiletries are minimal - shampoo and a thin square of soap. The heated pool had algae in it. Front desk staff was an even experience. Some were extremely helpful (shout out to the evening and overnight crew). Some of the day crew were flippant and engaged in eye rolling when they thought you weren’t noticing. My room was not ready when I checked in (not a big deal). On my return, I thought my luggage might have been taken up to the room. Not happening here. The place was not busy but I had to manage the bags up to the room with no offers of help. The card keys often deactivated necessitating multiple trips to the front desk. Overall an uncomfortable and inconvenient stay.

They have no vending machines. The receptionist charged me $5 for a small bottle of Pepsi. She told me there's no Uber service here but there is. She did give me a map to the city.
I was with a group and we were served a buffet for lunch. The chicken tasted so bad I was worried I was going to get sick. Breakfast in the restaurant is good. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Alban and Camile went above and beyond to accommodate my stay. Since it was low season, certain amenities aren't available which is understandable given the affordable prices for such a luxurious hotel.
Can't thank the aforementioned staff enough for helping me have a very pleasant stay, well done and all the best.

Amazing service and experience. We were treated incredibly well and they exceeded our expectations. The room and hospitality was wonderful. Kevin, who was on reception for a lot of our trip was an angel; helping us with navigating through the beautiful city of Toulouse. The restaurant staff did an amazing job accommodating us every morning with a delicious continental breakfast. I’d highly recommend staying here.
