Novotel Toulouse Centre Wilson in Toulouse

The hotel is very well located, the staff's attention was incredible but unfortunately the room did not meet our expectations. The room did not look like the photos at all, the floor is carpeted but due to the time, the dirt and stains are very visible and it is quite unpleasant especially if you go with children who have to crawl or barely walk, the shower bathtub was not completely clean and the windows had all the edges full of dirt that had not been cleaned a long time ago. The breakfast buffet was what we liked the least: the fruit was not fresh, the bread was hard, there was not much variety of fresh fruit, the sausages and other products that should be hot were cold or very reheated, I recommend having breakfast in the surrounding area because there are interesting options.

The lobby + bar has a peaceful and calm atmosphere, the rooms are tastefully decorated and very pleasant, no outside noise, very relaxing. Very friendly reception, breakfast and floor staff.

The staff is smiling, friendly and attentive, the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was very good and well served. I recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in the center of Toulouse.

Loving our stay so far. Today made a day trip to Carcassonne - was very nice despite being bit cloudy there.

Maid service could do with an improvement. We stayed for just over 2 weeks. A couple of days toilet paper was not replenished. Front desk was informed, and they promptly provided the same. Otherwise, 5 stars
