What a really wonderful hotel to stay! Great atmosphere , restaurant, pool. If you are travelling with children, it is perfect. The very nice gardens . Very good acces for wheelchairs ! Fantastic for your dogs, large or small. The rooms are large in size with a walking in shower. Space for your computer to work with free WiFi. This is our first time here and won't be the last.

The hotel dining room is being completely refurbished at the moment so only breakfast is being served, in a meeting room. The noise is unbearable between 9am and 6pm, even on the top floor.

Lovely clean facilities the only thing that let us down was the shower pressure

The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was located close to the places we wanted to visit.

Overall, everything went well and we enjoyed our two-night stay. The room was spacious enough for our family, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. The only minor issue was an unpleasant smell in the room, which was a bit bothersome.

A lovely hotel, great service. Staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. Fantastic breakfast at a good price, well worth it. The only thing I would recommend is to explore parking options as their hotel's parking has a very narrow passages - if you have a 4x4 or anything a little larger like a volvo, wouldn't recommend trying to get in and/or out of it.

Found this hotel for luggage storage online 6 E per bag. Outstanding hotels just a few steps from the train stationed very polite service. We also enjoyed a cup of coffee and an orange juice. I recommend the hotel and their luggage storage service.

The hotel is at a good location. The hotel doesn't have a elevator. Rooms are small and also the bedroom. When we arrived there was only one towel but the receptionist gave us more when we complained. At the hotel animals are allowed as we heard a dog barking in one of the rooms. Breakfast looks. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff are really friendly and the rooms reasonable. The breakfast was great, they even do small gluten free bread products that they cook on request and come out hot and really delicious. The only bummer is the lack of elevator.

Overnight stay Overall everything was good, nice large bedroom and bathroom, downside was the toilet seat was loose and not fixed properly consequently if you weren't careful it could have been easy to fall off, why aren't these things repaired before people go in as the cleaners are obviously aware of this.

This overnight stay was a stop over from the south of france up to Calais, very easy to find and was a comfortable stopover to break our journey . Meal was good in the restaurant in the evening.

Rooms were clean & easily accessible. The breakfast is absolutely not worth it. 7€ for a croissant & slice of plain bread. Unless you want a bowl of nutella that's it.

Right in the centre of Chartres which is beautiful, we booked to stay on 29th December, everything in the hotel was closed, no restaurant open, no food available, no bar, nothing! Friendly service and nicely furnished. The comfortable and large patio in front makes for a great entrance. Our room was really nice, maybe a little small and the shower was small but we had prepaid on a special rate. There are variations on the rooms, I am sure. A house full of charm ideally located in the center of Chartres, with the possibility of parking. Welcoming hosts and a very neat decoration for the room. This is a great location in central Chartes for getting around. The rooms are very basic, but they do make that clear. The main problems are there's no air conditioning, and also the shutters are on the inside of the rooms, meaning you cannot shutter out the light without closing the window, making sleeping the heat difficult. Carole is an absolute delight! Joyous and very accommodating. The Inn is beautifully appointments with creative expression around every corner and is totally updated. So wonderful to have a modern shower! You will not be disappointed with this inn and in addition it's location to the center of town!

Stayed here on the journey home. Located right next door to Chartres Cathedral so very close to everything. We had a room at the very top of the hotel and there were a lot of steps on a tight spiral staircase. Tom was cosy and quaint with seperate seating area and good size bathroom. Bed was comfortable.
