We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff are really friendly and the rooms reasonable. The breakfast was great, they even do small gluten free bread products that they cook on request and come out hot and really delicious. The only bummer is the lack of elevator.

An ideal stopover on our journey South. Good room. Good evening meal. Good breakfast. Pleasant helpful staff. Safe parking.

Already a bit older. Stains on the walls and carpet. Breakfast was slow in refills and quality was worse than in other standard Ibis Hotels.

It makes a nice change to have a restaurant on site but please include 1 or 2 options for vegans. Vegan food is now flooding onto the market so don't get left behind. Fish and chips ,come on move with the times . Otherwise all ok. A tired hotel that could do with brightening up.

We were staying overnight en route back to England. The room suited our needs and the bed was very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant, there was a good choice of meals at a reasonable price. We had breakfast, a buffet. There was a good assortment of options for the continental breakfast.
The staff were all helpful and when my french failed, as it did!, they spoke in English for me.

Convenient location. Very helpful and pleasant staff.
The room, however, did have a couple of problems. The sink leaked, so we positioned the bin underneath it. There were some exposed wires on one of the light fittings and the batteries were dead in the TV remote.
It was fine for an overnight stop over and would use it again as we have been before and never had these sort of problems on previous visits.

We stopped off here for the night on the way to our final destination. The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed, breakfast in the morning was also very good

We liked the large room which provided lots of space to move around. Appreciated the private parking space. Food was fine. Staff were very helpful.

I’m an Accor Silver member and never had a problem with taking my small cocker spaniel. Ibis is a dog friendly chain and welcomes all small and medium dogs in the hotel. The breakfast waitress was exceedingly rude. She theatrically jumped out of the way from my dog and point blank refused my request for water for his water bowl that I brought and told me that my dog had to get out of the hotel. He was tied up at the table and at no point anywhere near to the buffet. The receptionist did apologise - however I’m absolutely appalled at the attitude and behaviour from this very rude team member. The hotel itself was nice and comfortable - the restaurant was closed, but there is an excellent restaurant nearby called L’Amuse Bouche. Such a. shame about the rudeness and incorrect information from the breakfast waitress and lack of evening catering otherwise this would be a five star review.
