A lovely hotel, great service. Staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. Fantastic breakfast at a good price, well worth it. The only thing I would recommend is to explore parking options as their hotel's parking has a very narrow passages - if you have a 4x4 or anything a little larger like a volvo, wouldn't recommend trying to get in and/or out of it.

It’s right across from the train station, a description that doesn’t usually shout, “Great location!”, but Chartres is a small, clean, orderly city, so being so close doesn’t have the same dodgy atmosphere you would ordinarily expect. It just means you don’t have to drag your bags very far, and then it’s an easy walk to the cathedral and the rest of town. I passed on the 18€ breakfast because I just want coffee and a piece of fruit in the morning, which was easy to find in the center. The room wasn’t very big, but it was clean and comfortable. The staff is very pleasant, like everyone else I encountered in town during a two day visit.

Found this hotel for luggage storage online 6 E per bag.
Outstanding hotels just a few steps from the train stationed very polite service. We also enjoyed a cup of coffee and an orange juice. I recommend the hotel and their luggage storage service.

I stayed there a couple of nights in December 2023. The hotel has an beautiful facade and is right across from the train station, 10-15 minutes from the cathedral and enjoyable city center shopping and vibe. The interior presents and understated elegance with a touch of art deco. There's a bar; unfortunately the restaurant was closed and services were limited. I booked via booking.com and had to pay a city charge at check-out, a minor annoyance. Bed was comfortable and bath modern. A great value

It was great to be upgraded to junior suite and a lovely surprise after a long drive. Room was very clean and spacious.

I stayed here a couple of nights on my own and couldn't fault the hotel at all. The staff were friendly, the room comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was of a reasonable size and the shower easy to use. The breakfast was copious with many fresh products and the option to make tea using a kettle. Shame they didn't have the same facility in the room though.

The Jehan de Beauce Hotel in Chartres, France is a lovely hotel with comfortable rooms and an excellent staff. Breakfasts are excellent as well. The location between the train station and the Chartres Cathedral is perfect for travelers who might be new to Chartres.

Great location, just opposite to the train station. Very helpful staff. Beautiful rooms, very clean. We stayed with our dog, we felt welcomed and spent a perfect weekend here. Thank you :)
