Good accommodation and service, but extortionate wine prices at dinner. Won't dine/stay again. Be warned if you enjoy a 'glass' of wine with dinner.

Visited this hotel more than 4 times on route, rooms are clean, staff are nice and friendly and lots of amenities and services. Great value for money.

Convenient to the A4 autoroute, but not too close to be bothered by the noise (at least in our room). Very nice rooms, well maintained and clean. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Dinner was OK.

Great Novotel, well located (not far from city), well decorated, nice pool, inside games

We booked the hotel as the last part of our stay in France and wanted our children to have access to a swimming pool during their stay. After a 5 hour drive we were told the pool was closed for renovations. It was the only reason for booking this hotel.
Much of the hotel felt like a building site.
Very disappointed as our final stay of our trip after having such a great time at other accommodation in France.

Not at all!
The room was dirty, fortunatly they gave me a new one...
Then I tried to order food at the room service but they can't give you the menu by phone... just crazy

Good standard nice rooms, also consider the IBIS styles Charters, as they have nice rooms and a good breakfast also

A nice stay. Our room was a bit dated but air con worked and we had clean bedding and a couple of towels. We found some items from previous guests in the room so felt it hadn't had a thorough clean.
Car parking was good, plenty around the hotel and secure.
Felt the breakfast was expensive for what was on offer really: juice, hot drinks, some cereals, breads, small pastries, sausages, scrambled eggs, pancakes and oddly falafel. There were also yoghurts, some fruit, salad and cheeses.
Pool area looked clean and a decent sized pool, although we didn't use it on this visit.

Really great place to stop over on route to Dordogne. Friendly, helpful staff. Pets welcomed.
