Maison Albar Hotels Le Diamond

It was our first time in Paris, as well as staying at the Maison Albar Le Diamond. It was a very lovely hotel and location, and we enjoyed staying there, but what stood out to us the most was the outstanding and welcoming demeanor of the staff. Especially Jihad, the manager, who truly went above and beyond for us in many, many ways that surprised and warmed our hearts. My wife and I felt like family. Also, a big shoutout to Thomas at the front desk. Both were exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to respond to any inquiries, always with alacrity and a smile. Their warm and welcoming demeanor truly enhanced our visit, making every interaction a delight. Jihad and Thomas made sure our stay was memorable, embodying the kind of hospitality that invites you to return. P.S: The pillows are the best I've had at any hotel.

The hotel has a good location and is very safe. It is also close to several tourist attractions and has a train and metro station right next door. The decor is beautiful and the room is very comfortable and clean! The hotel staff is very attentive and I highly recommend your stay!

It has the feel of a boutique hotel with unique decor. We especially liked the breakfast room with the atrium and lots of daylight. The service was excellent. We were a little worried that the train/metro station nearby would be noisy, but the double-paned windows really kept the noise out. Having the station so close made it easy to get places. Overall, I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Front desk staff was helpful when checking in. I did encounter an issue with the man that recommends things to do. He gave the taxi the wrong address, and when I went back and told him about the mistake, he didn’t even apologize or take ownership of the fact that he gave the wrong address to the taxi and at the end of the day I paid both fares and wasn’t even Given remedy for the mistake. Also, one night when I couldn’t sleep I asked the front desk man if it was safe to do a quick walk around he said yes, it’s safe. So I walked around there for less than 5 mins, and there was a dark complexion man that followed me and I went back into the hotel, and when I come back to the front desk five minutes later the front desk man locked the sliding doors of the hotel and I was still outside. It’s kind of ridiculous that they have to lie about little things when being truthful from the start would be better. It is NOT safe in Paris at night.

My sister and I stayed in this hotel and it was so hospitable. Jihad Salman and his staff were amazing! The rooms were clean and beautiful. Had great room service and the breakfast bar was clean and the food was amazing. I LOVED the coffee! It certainly made my first trip to Paris a memorable one. I would certainly book this hotel again and refer friends and family. Wonderful hotel hands down!

Great hotel, from check in to check out the staff were all very nice, helpful, and welcoming! The rooms were spacious and very thoughtfully designed, we enjoyed all of the special touches. We booked through delta vacations and even via booking from a 3rd party the hotel made things seamless. The location was central to the train and metro station, we didn’t spend much time around the area so in an ideal world we’d have been located somewhere else but the proximity to the public transportation was great! Will recommend.

Checked in with prior booking at 3 pm but was kept waiting in the lobby till 4 pm as the room was not ready. Had given instructions for two separate beds but yet the bed was a single joint queen sized bed. The Shower had no curtains or partition resulting in the entire bathroom floor getting wet after having a shower. The buffet breakfast was good, but the housekeeping very poor lacking efficiency. The rooms are small. Don't understand how this hotel calls itself a 5 star hotel ? The only advantage of this hotel is its very central convenient location. For the delay in getting a room and for the bed not being separate as booked for, they offered a complimentary breakfast and a free drink in the bar. The most important factor for a hotel is efficient housekeeping and service which it badly lacked.
