Stayed at this hotel for 3 days and was told by booking company everything was included so when I arrived I just expected to check in and find my allocated room only find you have to pay a tax when you arrive of 19 euros I know it seems small but just felt abit miss informed.
The breakfast was chaos no one way system people pushing in and being polite I would wait to find other would push once a person left so I decided to wait to have breakfast elsewhere due to this and not enough juice options I found too.
The room was clean and tidy the only problem was the air con kept turning off so had to keep turning it on every few hours and wasn't cooling the room down much.
Also the cleaner when vacuuming corridors just leave the cable there is no signs or anything I nearly got tripped up as he was pulling the wire to go further.
I don't think you should have to pay tax when been informed it's all included I did like the shuttle bus for free but found people was aggressive getting on pushing people out of the way to get a seat.
It's a good location lovely view nice outside bar area and the bar inside buffet area could do with a one way system so people get a chance to move around without people rushing all over the place and just pushing in.
The hotel itself was clean and looked presentable.

The rooms are okay but super small, restrooms are small. They have no face towel! Bath towel are thin and barely drys your body!! There is no fan in the restroom so if you need to go poop make sure you bring a can of air freshener! The so call breakfast is nothing to jump for they have tons of bread and cold cut ham, greasy bacon! The location where the hotel is located doesn’t appear to be safe graffiti everywhere!!

Rooms are tiny and no proper ventilation for the bathrooms. Minimal amenities. Just a shampoo and a hand soap and a hair dryer. Towels are of poor quality and not sure of hygiene.

Good hotel and located close to the metro which makes getting around much easier. We only had problems with the parking lot which did not accept the hotel ticket and I had to pay full price as the reception staff were not very helpful.

Clean, good size room, & bathroom. Large lobby, restaurant, breakfast in the morning.
The walls are thin, I could hear my neighbors talking.
Staff were very pleasant, spoke English, and were very helpful.
It’s about 15mins drive from the Eiffel Tower area. There’s a parking garage, the height is 1’9.

The rooms were well insulated. However, the door slams loudly. The beds were very good. Good room cleaning service. Good metro connection to the city. Friendly and helpful staff. Poor breakfast. Egg mush, sausages were dry, if available at all. No sausage slices and cheese slices, no real muesli.

Always high value for money at a B&B Hotel. This hotel is located 5 minutes walk from metro Port des Lilas which brings you in about 30 minutes to the heart of the city. The rooms are very silent, even when our room was located at the side of the highway so we had a good night rest. Pillows could be improved as they were really thin. Breakfast room was quite small and therefor being chaotic during the morning, but enough choices to start the day. Big plus for us was the secured parking underneath the hotel (€15,- p/day)

Wonderful staff, they were very attentive and friendly responded to all our requests. Hotel has a very cozy design, we loved it. Great location, just next to Metro station, made it easy to connect and visit Paris. Breakfast just great, nothing luxurious but for the price we had the perfect blend of unlimited coffee and tea with the famous French croissant, fresh apples, and on top of these real egg and bacon.

Rooms are value for money. Cleaning could be a bit more thorough as there was dust on surfaces and windows. Breakfast is buffet however food is not brought out fast enough, leading to long ques. On our last day there were no eggs or sausages served and we were just told non were available. This is unfair as breakfast would have been paid for in advance.

Good rooms, the placement of the hotel is good if you come with car but otherwise a little far from the centre. We were only dissatisfied with the breakfast. They only have a small selection of things on their buffet which is okay if the food they have is good and they can handle it. However when we arrived a little after eight they were already out if bacon and they didn’t cook more. Nothing vegan except the bread. (Would’ve appreciated a plant based milk for example). We ate what we already had taken on our plates (eggs and some slices of bread) and then decided to leave. We brought our complains forward and asked for a refund which they refused to give us since we had “eaten”.
