Nice rooms and nice service. Kind, friendly staff especially in the bar. The view from my room was fantastic and the bed was extremely comfortable. However small problems exist which could do with some improvement. In the room there aren't enough hooks near the shower to hang the towels especially since we are 2 people. I had a very unfortunate experience of having the bathroom lights turn off on me during my shower leaving me struggling in pitch black, there is some sort of motion detect switch off system which is quite annoying. Secondly the gym is quite terrible. They have one machine which is quite useless for everything, any gym goers will know from the picture. The hotel is 10x better off to change it to a lat pull down machine with a tower next to it with different attachments. Hotel can add a larger selection of dumbbells and maybe have a few kettle bells. A big major failure of the gym is that it aims to give us a view whilst doing cardio but in the evening the lights are extremely bright and you can't see out the windows and enjoy the beautiful view( see picture ), as you could only see your reflection, the lights are also motion detect and there isn't a dimmer available to lower it.

Overall very nice hotel, 8/10 room and helpful staff. Some minor problems with the room, but an epic failure of a fitness centre.

There is a huge mall next to it so I suggest people to have breakfast there in a nearby cafe or by the river ( there is a picture of the canal view at night 1min walk across the hotel)

Very nice hotel, great location, warm welcome, beautiful decor, highly recommend! We stayed for the weekend and everything was perfect! They even prepared a cot for us! I will definitely be back!!

Great stay in this beautiful hotel, the view from the room over Strasbourg is fantastic. Many thanks for the kindness of the teams. The breakfast buffet is varied (there is even hummus) and very good. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back.

Excellent 4* close to Strasborg centre. Helpful staff, clean comfortable communal areas. The rooms are super quiet and air conditioned. Hot powerful showers, kettle, coffee maker, hairdryer and fridge in rooms.
Really close to a large shopping centre and supermarket for everything you need. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great modern rooms and facilities. Dog fee is 20 Euro per night (which is very extreme so we will look for another hotel next time) and parking for 2 days was 32 EUR. But the hotel itself was superb. Big rooms. Great pillows. Quite hards beds though. Great black out curtains. Very clean and modern shower. I recommend anyone without a pet to stay here!

It is beyond my expectation. Arrived late and got warm welcoming from the staff. Great room with amazing view and coffee machine. Great location! Great bar ambience with delicious cocktails. The fitness area is also nice with view! Worth the price! We enjoyed our stay there!

Despite checking in rather late the check in process was fast without any headache. The staff were super friendly. The room was clean and had a marginally good view. I decided to go to the bar near the lobby and the bartender was amazing. He reminded me of the movie, “Cocktail” with his bartending skills. I believe he made a coffee martini. It was wonderful and really made my stay wonderful. Breakfast was great too. I have to say breakfast at European hotels are way better than American hotels by far. When next in Strasbourg I will visit again.
