We visited from Florida with our 2 daughters ages 10, 12 and loved our stay. The family room we shared was very comfortable including 1 king bed + 2 bunk beds + scenic view. However, it does not have a gym, which I have never seen at a 5 star hotel, and the spa feels more like a 4star.
