UPDATE 26/3 - DEAR TEAM, we found our missing sunglasses, one of our friends put it by mistake in their baggage and only realised these days - we would like to thank you again for a very lovely service!!!! - We've had a lovely stay, all was great, the rooms are amazing (no mini bar though), cleanliness ok-ish, breakfast a bit hectic, the supervisor needs to organise staff better, staff is very helpful...

We visited Le Grill. Loved the decor. The food was on the whole great. Small feedback on the favourite from my childhood pasta - the pasta was over cooked and the choice of pasta not the most suitable for the dish. The service was excellent. The lighting was in our opinion too strong. We would have preferred it to be softer for an evening meal.

The place is clean and tidy, and the staff are very distinguished in their treatment and ethics. They give you a very excellent impression, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. I thank Ms. Samir and all the staff for this special stay.

Lovely visit with some important notes for guests considering staying here. But also want to give a quick shoutout to Rayan (concierge) and Yassine (restaurant). Both were excellent, accommodating, patient, friendly and professional. 1. Courchevel is extremely expensive. As such, during peak season you're going to be paying 5-star prices for a 4-star hotel. Excellent experience in this hotel with nice facilities (I liked the cinema with popcorns and easy access to aquamotion). Rooms are nice and clean, we even benefited from a free upgrade in a family suite because we stayed almost a week. Staff is courteous, helpful and friendly. My only complain would be for the restaurant where the staff can sometimes be overloaded, and we sometimes had to wait a little...

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable, albeit a little warm. But that had to do with the weather in general, and the fact that the hotel uses a cooling system rather than air conditioning, which is the right choice for the environment. We particularly enjoyed being able to put on our bathrobes and getting to the aquamotion through an indoor passageway. The spa facilities...

Perfect location. Really enjoyed it here. After going back again, I found the rooms to be quite noisy with staff accomodation being right next door. However, staff are great! Cannot fault the location. Had great food in both restaurants. Would recommend!

Does the job. Well located (for MTB - summer stay). Enjoyed the food - gave the kids a taster of dining in France. Have only visited during the winter season (for kids’ ski school award ceremonies). Staff were helpful.

Great location, amazing view from the room. Rooms are a bit dated and bar area could be much better with some more character, however, it is great value hotel.

Warm and cozy, perfect for the lifts and return run to Le Praz. Great fireside après-ski.

Drinks are exceptionally expensive, €17 for a Gin & Tonic. I expect that from a London hotel bar, not a small 4* in Le Praz. Food was very good and much better value than the drinks. So just be aware.

Beautiful, recently renovated room with fabulous views of the mountains and of the finish slope of the men's downhill for the world championships. Restaurant better than ever.

Superb renovations, a top team

We are going to the Grand Hotel Courchevel for the opening weekend, the hotel has been very tastefully renovated. The staff are welcoming and very friendly. The food is very good and the view from the restaurant on the snow-capped mountains is just magnificent! We have already booked our next stay in March!

The hotel was in a great location, with everything you would need for a ski holiday (including ski pass and ski gears). A round-the-clock shuttle was also available to take you to Courcheval centre and surrounding areas. The staff went above and beyond with requests. They were also dog friendly. All in all it was an amazing experience and we are hoping to return next year!

I work in the hospitality industry so find it very easy to spot weaknesses in service. I couldn’t find a single thing at this hotel that I would change. The facilities were brand new, the position was incredible and the staff were welcoming, friendly and anticipated our needs. It’s so lovely to stay somewhere where they clearly have the service so buttoned you. Bravo

Good accommodation in excellent small resort which has several good restaurants and a good pub. Well connected to the rest of the Trois Vallees ski fields by lifts and buses.

Lovely situation with south facing balcony and easy access to lifts. Accommodation as it says in the blurb. No frills but right in the centre of the resort. Very friendly and helpful reception staff too.

the rooms are basic but good value for money. don't expect too much for apres ski here. great location for the ski lifts and cable and ski back to the door which is definite bonus and it's quiet.

Place was great! Very hot showers, cozy beds, good breakfast, and easy to get where you wanted to go. Shuttle, ski in and out, highly recommend!

Nice hotel, relatively large rooms as for 3 valles standard, good breakfast with fresh fruits and choice of french cheeses. Swimming pool was rarely crowded, but sauna was not working for majority of our stay (only small sauna in men section was operating). 10 minut walk to les crosettes and restaurants area. Ski in ski out with literally 2 minutes from Belocotte slope.

We went to the restaurant on a couple of occasions during our holiday. We ate outside for snacks and had proper lunch inside. Both experiences were great. Good food and good service!!

Amazing location to access ski lifts at 1650 which are directly outside of the hotel back door. The hotel ski equipment service was incredibly helpful, I hired my boots, skis and poles from here and everything was brought up for me and ready each day. Great breakfast with amazing quality. The hotel has direct access to the ski slopes and is less than 100m from a central lift. The hotel personnel was quite friendly and always willing to assist and support in whatever was needed, from suggesting to booking restaurants, providing transport and always checking on us.
