An excellent place to spend time with family and our dog. From the moment we arrived in the parking lot, the service was top-notch until the end of our stay. The kindness of every staff member we encountered and the extra care they provided made the experience exceptional.

We visited Le Grill. Loved the decor. The food was on the whole great. Small feedback on the favourite from my childhood pasta - the pasta was over cooked and the choice of pasta not the most suitable for the dish. The service was excellent. The lighting was in our opinion too strong. We would have preferred it to be softer for an evening meal.

The place is clean and tidy, and the staff are very distinguished in their treatment and ethics. They give you a very excellent impression, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. I thank Ms. Samir and all the staff for this special stay.

I come to this hotel every year with my family. The employees ( Valet service , reception, concierge, house keeping, restaurant, space ski ) and the service are perfect and very delicate. The employees are very nice for real and not because of professional obligations.

i love la lana but i don’t like how under 18s can’t stay at the pool after 6! I get it if they are being silly and disturbing the peace, but kicking out a peaceful teenager for doing nothing wrong is really bad!

The best hotel on the slopes. You can rent and keep the skis in your hotel and they’ll be warm in the morning. Hop in a bathtub watching the snow fall. Amazing breakfast.

We travelled with our two kids and it was the best place for us. The hotel is on a beginner slop which was perfect for our sun (he is 5 and was his first time). All the hotel is wonderful we loved it, after a long day on snow it was a pleasure to be on bar next to the fire. The room service for our kids was always awesome. We spent a really nice week in Hotel Annapurna, we were in a normal room but it was everything except normal... Had lunch at Le Chabichou. A very good 3 course set and excellent wines. Chic and refined alpine decor with a nice portrait of Monsieur Paul Bocuse signed by many illustrious chefs, as well as a library of michelin guides through the years. Excellent location, service, facilities. I recommend the sauna & plunge pool after a long day's skiing. The staff overall are superb, they really look after you. I am gluten free, I had plenty of options and did not feel left out.

The Hotel was a home from home. We really enjoyed the full board with picnics on the slopes and good local dishes in the evenings. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms had a lovely view over the mountains and were a really good size.

Super location less then 200m from piste, restaurants and ski rental. Perfect appartement for a larger group and enjoyable spa with sauna's and jacuzzi. Absolutely fantastic hotel. Very good location. Spotlessly clean and cleaned daily by the staff. The service was exceptional. The whole staff team could not do enough for us. From putting our ski boots on and taking them off to keeping the children occupied in the pool for hours on end and cleaning our car for our return journey. Lovely looking hotel but I had some issues with it. 1) The pool spa wasn't warm enough and the sauna and steam rooms weren't turned on. 2) Our room only had a bath with shower attachment!! Beautiful hotel with great service. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable. However, each room is different speaking to others who stayed. Can't get any closer to meribel ski lifts without staying on the slopes itself. Pricey, but that's just meribel. All amenities close at hand.

They have spacious rooms with comfortable beds, balconies and amazing view. Very good breakfast, which is usually included in the room price. The hotel as a whole is not bad, polite staff. However there are problems with changing towels, they do not change, even if they were thrown to the floor. You need to ask the administration to do this. As well as poor soundproofing in the rooms, as there is a common door with another room. All is audible. Does the job. Well located (for MTB - summer stay). Enjoyed the food - gave the kids a taster of dining in France. Have only visited during the winter season (for kids’ ski school award ceremonies). Staff were helpful.

Great breakfast with amazing quality. The hotel has direct access to the ski slopes and is less than 100m from a central lift. We spent 5 days on the Hotel, we have been in a few places in courchevel and I have to admit the hotel Trois Vallées is by far the best hotel I've been in courchevel 1850. The decoration was really modern and it didn't feel old like most of the courchevel hotels do. The spa was also pretty good with finnish sauna and hammam, the pool was a bit cold though. Hotel owner lady can have an outdated and oversized presence at times, disturbing peace of both clients and staff. She should try to maintain a lower profile. Service at ski room and restaurant is superb. Rooms are really nice. Shuttle service is top notch. Hotels biggest problem is the small and maze like lobby.

Drinks are exceptionally expensive, €17 for a Gin & Tonic. I expect that from a London hotel bar, not a small 4* in Le Praz. Food was very good and much better value than the drinks. So just be aware.

Excellent boutique hotel with comfortable rooms, amazing bathroom facilities and nice design. View from room and balcony spectacular. On site restaurant offers good food and service. Only minus point is the temperature in summer. Room gets very hot when temperature is high and there is no way to cool the room down.

We had an amazing week at the Ducs de Savoie. Nothing was too much trouble for the young, friendly and enthusiastic staff. The hotel was in a great location, with everything you would need for a ski holiday (including ski pass and ski gears). A round-the-clock shuttle was also available to take you to Courcheval centre and surrounding areas. The staff went above and beyond with requests. They were also dog friendly. All in all it was an amazing experience and we are hoping to return next year!

A family run hotel - we were in rather a rowdy group and they were very patient with us! Very customer-focused (nothing was too much trouble for them) with superb food, great service, clean rooms (which looked to be newly-refurbished) and great views. Location is A1, right on the bottom of a well-connected chairlift. I'd definitely stay here again.

Convenient location with a friendly rental shop on the premise. They were very helpful, provided us with mount information and tips. We didn't realise that the pool was closed in winter and it was an additional cost to use the sauna.

From the check-in till check-out, services provided are great: as much as it was cold outside, the welcome is warm and full of kindness, with an incredible attention to every customer requirement. The hotel staff is always present, and attending to all our needs. Breakfast, tea-breaks are real feast, with incredible wide choice of tasty bakeries and pastries.

We have always had the very best of service from the staff at La Loze Hotel. The warm reception and friendly attitude towards guests is very welcome. The location in the village, right on the slopes, is superb. We have visited La Loze annually for many years and have every intention to continue this happy arrangement.
