Quite a traditional hotel. Excellent, friendly staff. Superb ski shop, staff and location out onto the slopes...worth the stay alone. Enjoyable buffet. Rooms aren't bad at all for the price. Would stay again.

Nice hotel, good location, good service and very good honest decent food. It's an holder hotel, I was there 50 years ago... but well kept. Pricey but it usually is in Courchevel.

We had an amazing week at the Ducs de Savoie. Nothing was too much trouble for the young, friendly and enthusiastic staff. The location is excellent, truly ski in and out and the rooms warm and spacious for the price. Housekeeping was top notch, professional, discreet and excellent quality of bed linen, bathroom supplies, towels etc. Elements which cannot always be taken for granted in a ski hotel...

The Hotel was a home from home. We really enjoyed the full board with picnics on the slopes and good local dishes in the evenings. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms had a lovely view over the mountains and were a really good size.

Convenient location with a friendly rental shop on the premise. They were very helpful, provided us with mount information and tips. We didn't realise that the pool was closed in winter and it was an additional cost to use the sauna.

Bathtub with massage setting. Nice and warm rooms. Locked cabins to store your ski equipment. Hospitality like no other. You leave your room in a mess to go out skiing for a few hours and you come back to everything clean and tidy. The only thing that was not perfect was the masonry and painting job on the ceiling. If that is the only complaint, you have then you know you are at a good hotel.

A family run hotel - we were in rather a rowdy group and they were very patient with us! Very customer-focused (nothing was too much trouble for them) with superb food, great service, clean rooms (which looked to be newly-refurbished) and great views. Location is A1, right on the bottom of a well-connected chairlift. I'd definitely stay here again.

Super location less then 200m from piste, restaurants and ski rental. Perfect appartement for a larger group and enjoyable spa with sauna's and jacuzzi. They have spacious rooms with comfortable beds, balconies and amazing view. Very good breakfast, which is usually included in the room price. This hotel also arranges transfers to and from airports, which is great, because the drivers are punctual and the cars are comfortable. You can also use their jacuzzi in the afternoon. The hotel as a whole is not bad, polite staff. However there are problems with changing towels, they do not change, even if they were thrown to the floor. You need to ask the administration to do this. As well as poor soundproofing in the rooms, as there is a common door with another room. All is audible. Nice cozy hotel with very social bar and games area. Lovely log fire adds to the atmosphere. Hotel is perfectly located on the ski slopes for skiing to and from the door. Views are amazing, right next to the slopes, staff were great. Food was really good, lots of choice and good quality. Hotel decor isn't that good but not bad and it was clean. Didn't like the WiFi setup, found a few people frustrated with it, not recconnceting. TV's in the rooms would be good.

The staff is very kind and courteous. They helped me with my luggage, ski passes, parking my car and removing snow from my car. The structure is a bit old, but the location is great. The gondola to the center is a 1 minute walk away. The only negative note is the breakfast. Small room, food not up to par.

GREAT HOTEL. Wonderful Staff. The Front Desk Girls are very attractive and they treat you extremely well. On top of that, the Bar Manager, Mike is wonderful. Their Regional Team led by Tony S. was there as well and were making sure each guest had a wonderful time!

The hotel was in a great location, with everything you would need for a ski holiday (including ski pass and ski gears). A round-the-clock shuttle was also available to take you to Courcheval centre and surrounding areas. The staff went above and beyond with requests. They were also dog friendly. All in all it was an amazing experience and we are hoping to return next year!

From the check-in till check-out, services provided are great: as much as it was cold outside, the welcome is warm and full of kindness, with an incredible attention to every customer requirement. The hotel staff is always present, and attending to all our needs. Breakfast, tea-breaks are real feast, with incredible wide choice of tasty bakeries and pastries.

The staff are friendly. Breakfast is great, and the location of the hotel is close to a lift. Make sure you use the ski lockers near to the lift. The hotel has a great restaurant and there is a few other restaurants close by. The steam Sauna is also good.

Extremely compfortable have stayed a few times. Only poor experience is the breakfast service is poor , the staff are inconsistent and slow to take orders for hot drinks and cooked items. Lovely hotel, in great location near the lifts offering quick access to the 3 Valleys. (Télécabine runs until 2330 so easy to stay up at Courchevel 1850 for apres drinks/dinner) Comfortable beds, generous bathrooms and nice spa area. We didn’t dine in so can’t comment on the food but would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Unfortunately the hotel and many locations around do not offer any food service before 7:30 pm. If you like to dine early which is better for health you are out of luck. Any many locations are small and do not like walk-ins. In fact they are rather rude about walk-ins. You have to book well in advance.

I work in the hospitality industry so find it very easy to spot weaknesses in service. I couldn’t find a single thing at this hotel that I would change. The facilities were brand new, the position was incredible and the staff were welcoming, friendly and anticipated our needs. Nice hotel, relatively large rooms as for 3 valles standard, good breakfast with fresh fruits and choice of french cheeses. Swimming pool was rarely crowded, but sauna was not working for majority of our stay (only small sauna in men section was operating). 10 minut walk to les crosettes and restaurants area. Ski in ski out with literally 2 minutes from Belocotte slope.

Great breakfast with amazing quality. The hotel has direct access to the ski slopes and is less than 100m from a central lift. The hotel personnel was quite friendly and always willing to assist and support in whatever was needed, from suggesting to booking restaurants, providing transport and always checking on us.
