The staff is very kind and courteous. They helped me with my luggage, ski passes, parking my car and removing snow from my car. The structure is a bit old, but the location is great. The gondola to the center is a 1 minute walk away. The only negative note is the breakfast. Small room, food not up to par.

Great breakfast with amazing quality. The hotel has direct access to the ski slopes and is less than 100m from a central lift. However, it does not have a gym, which I have never seen at a 5 star hotel, and the spa feels more like a 4star. Absolutely fantastic hotel in a perfect location. The staff are brilliant always smiling and very welcoming all throughout the hotel. The food has been delicious top class cuisine with a nice wine list. The rooms are quaint and comfortable with great views ideally located close to the Les hardiness Alpines Golf lift access.

This hotel is truly a gem. The food is the highlight! It is absolutely fabulous. Staff are so friendly. We as a family of four adults had the most lovely time. Very short walk 100 metres or the shuttle service to the piste. Ski back across the road. Quiet if door open at night, just out of 1850 main village so if you want late night party you need a lift back. Shuttle works late.

Great hotel in all areas I really recommend. The welcome and the staff service are top notch. The catering is really quality with fresh products. The fireplace lit in the evening in the living room is really welcoming. The view from the hotel of the ski slopes and the mountains is a real treat… We will return next year as a family.

The hotel was wonderful and this was mainly because of the staff. The guys that drove the shuttle and reception were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble. It is well placed for skiing. The pool was great for the kids. The food was great. Loved it!
