Very very kind & friendly staff, it was much appreciated!
Easy to find & close to train station.
Although room was small & no elevator, it was clean & comfortable for the most part. It was cozy like coming to grandma's house! Would just improve moldy smell- which was manageable once you open the windows. Also shower was a bit rusty- which could be replaced.

Warm welcome, clean comfy room.
No noise from outside. Bed really good. Location perfect. Able to leave luggage after check out.

I enjoyed my stay here. It is very close to both the Lille Europe and Lille-Flaunders train stations. The location is quiet during the night hours. All the historic landmarks are in walking distance from here, too.

Mix reviews here, the hotel is conveniently located, two star hotel rather than 3 stars, rooms are comfy but tiny, lots of stairs so not good for people with not good mobility , coffee machine broken. On the other hand the perception person was super helpful and friendly so all forgiven

TOO SMALL AND NO HEAT. Checked into a four person room and we literally couldn't all stand at once. It was very uncomfortable. Bed was too small for my 5'10 boyfriend. The shower was very small and the bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. We literally checked in and checkout within the same hour. They provided a small heater but it didn't hardly work plugged it in once we got there no heat when we left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Had a fabulous weekend in Lille. Hotel was clean and comfortable but slightly overpriced for a family especially if you were to add the extra €11 each for breakfast. Location was brilliant. Problem with mosquitos at night but not sure what could be done about that. Also more toilet roll needed on arrival when 4 in a room. Ended up with none in the middle of the night on our first night.

Good position, 5 minutes walking distance from the center. The room was clean and tidy, the only problem is that there was no heating in the bathroom. The staff is cheerful and very welcoming. A++
