Mama Shelter Lille

This is my first time using a Mama Shelter and was a little skeptical at time of booking. But everything exceeded my expectations! Location is perfect in between the two train stations, both of which we used to get in and out of Lille. The staff is super friendly! Service was superb. I forgot one piece of my clothing in the room after checking out. They took the extra effort to contact me with email the next day to confirm if I’d like to collet it, have it mailed home or just abandon it. I have lost stuff in different hotels over the years and Mama Shelter Lille is the only one proactively reached out. I booked a small room but it is spacious and simplistically decorated. Excellent experience and would definitely seek to stay in other Mama locations in the future. The only thing that could be improved is to provide an electric kettle in the room.

Don’t leave their restaurant out of your visit, it looks great and the food and cocktails are very tasty. Please try the Jamon Iberico Croquete, is to die for.

What an amazing hotel right by the Lille stations/interchange. Staff were Friendly and helpful in both french and English. Breakfast served was very well presented and relaxed. Thier restaurant always seemed to be booked. The architecture and external and Internal finishes are very high end and of a great quality and style. We will be staying here again.

Location is great, close to train station and very short distance from old city center. This is the main reason why we picked this hotel.

Restaurant / bar area is nice! Whole atmosphere of the hotel is fun.

Good price and rooms are ok for a short stay. They also have a parking which is very convenient (or the one at the station)

I had trouble finding the entrance but once I did, everything was fine.
Staff were friendly, bar and restaurant had a great atmosphere. Room was quite, clean, comfortable and had a great shower. Also close to Europe Lille station.

Lovely hotel and room. Smart, stylish and clean. Good location. Amazing breakfast. Friendly staff. I asked for a quiet room but it was above the outdoor bar and across from another outdoor bar at same height and aircon hardly worked.

The hotel is next to the station and comfortable . However, no coffee available in the room and one of the bar tender at the restaurant was extremely rude. Really not expecting this from this trendy young place. Because of that i decided not to dine at the hotel for all the other nights. I would recommend for the stay but not for a drink till this person is there.

Very nice and modern, trendy hotel, perfect location, very friendly personnel and nice rooms. Great breakfast buffet and parking for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend
