Moxy Lille City

I came with my cat and had a fantastic experience. The room came with a pet area for my cat to sleep comfortably. The decor throughout the hotel was vibrant and very fun. The hotel had a supermarket and pharmacy in walking distance. The building was very lovely. Even though the parking was full when I arrived, the staff at the hotel helped me to find a parking garage that was close by. I had a great experience and would like to come back again.

We had the family room for 4 and it was comfortable. The location was good, within walking distance of cafes and restaurants and not too far from the bustling shopping area. We came by car and although they did not have parking in house, they recommended a place nearby to park. Can highly recommend.

We stayed for a night and found the place to be very clean and well-kept. It was quite dim and dark, but that is part of the charm. The staff were all very friendly and polite. The only problem was the shower pressure was very low. Other than that, it was great value for the price, and we’d consider staying again!

5 well deserved stars for the Moxy staff: super friendly, helpful and spoke very good English. Helped out with parking and advice to visit the city. They also offered us a welcome drink. Room however was a bit basic though: no desk & mini-fridge. Clean, welcoming, yes, but a bit smaller and more basic than what I would have expected from a Marriott. Despite this, I still fully recommend the hotel: very close to the city centre.

A perfect gateway hotel. Room was small but it is what you need if you are there only for 1 or 2 days. Breakfast was correct. Service was excellent, Alexy at the reception was helpful and friendly. It is a bit far from the historic city center (if you are on feet) but you got what you need in the area. The city center was like 20-25 mins walk.

Good location, within walking distance to several attractions, a nice park and a few boulangeries and cafes.
A nice courtyard where you can enjoy your breakfast, if you want to sit outside.
Breakfast has 2 options, a 6 euros per person, which includes a hot and a cold drink + pastries, or a 12 euros per person, which is for the full buffet.
Clean and inviting inside, just the right amount of energy from the staff working there. Very warm and accommodating, we arrived after midnight and the key and checkin papers were ready for us. We also got our welcome drink! Which was a nice surprise.
Nice redesigned bathrooms, the view was of the other side of the entrance, facing an industrial design housing complex, the beds were comfy, but would recommend adding a second pillow to each bed - they only provide them with one each.
The rooms are minimal, in the usual Moxy style, which totally works for short stays, like ours was.
Parking on the street is free overnight until 9 am, then it's around 1 euro every half hour. Alternatively, the hotel has parking inside for an 18 euros daily rate.

🅿️ Parking spots can be booked in advance, but you can also park on the street - it's free on Sundays, so maybe even a better deal. 😉
