The Hotel Padoue is very beautiful. We were greeted by Filipina at the front desk, who checked us in and gave us a map of the things to see in the area. Our room was very clean and pretty.

Thank you to the hotel receptionist today who drove us to the train station with her own because all the taxi companies were busy. Thank you!! Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice Hotel and very close to the church. restaurant is very good, friendly staff and check in and check out was very smooth. they dont have iron box/board/press. those who are visiting the hotel need to take care. i could see lots of wheel chair at the reception which is very good for aged guests

Overall we had a pleasant stay. It was just the layout of our room that is a bit weird. We have a seperate toilet and bathroom, which we rejoice at first but soon came to realize that there was no other washbasin than inside the bathroom, so one will still have to wait to use the toilet if someone is in the bathroom or goes with a hand unwashed. The address given on Booking.com of ‘29 rue Latour de Brie’ is incorrect - you cannot get in that entrance, and need to go to the main entrance of the Hotel La Source. So very close to the Grotte yet very quiet and calm. When you enter the lobby you are greeted by a smiling person at the counter. Checking in was quick and easy. You have a good room and we chose a room with a great view of the entrance to the sanctuary. You can also choose from one or all of your meals served in the hotel restaurant. It’s simple but very good.

No parking. Hotels have parking only for charge. 22 euro per day.

The location was perfect, near the church. It was quite central. We were even offered wheelchair access for older people. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff always walked right in without knocking. Otherwise, the staff was friendly. There was also parking with VIP access.

It was great! For the price, it was perfect. The receptionist is so lovely and helpful, and for a one-night stay it was ideal. It is also super close to the train/bus station so very easy to get to the airport or wherever you need to go.

We stayed here with a group of young people, while on pilgrimage to Lourdes. Our room although a bit dated was spotless. The staff were really amazing and helpful. David and Chloe were fantastic hosts. The food was really nice and they did everything they could to make meals great for our group. I joined a group of 5 friends who have been going to Lourdes for 26 years and we were guests of this structure for 5 days. The hotel is equipped with qualified and helpful staff, excellent service both in catering with buffet lunch, and pasta al dente and comfortable and clean rooms. We are happy stay at Le Rive Droite hotel. This is the best hotel for 3 ***. The bed room, toilet, the amenities are verry good. The location is best, clossed to the Sanctuary, walk just 5-10 minutes. Many souvenirs shop, restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast also good. Just note : the carpet already old, but clean. Maybe when we come back again the carpet will be changed. 😍😀

It was ok for one night although our accommodation did not meet the Mercure standards we experienced in other hotels. The room was small, like in Ibis budget and there was no mini fridge. The breakfast was good although very few sweets and yoghurts. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The grand hotel is not really grand, it is a bit of a wannabe grand hotel. It has been recently renovated, but with a minimal budget. Very comfortable hotel, near the St. Joseph's door of the sanctuary. A few meters away and a public lift right in front of the hotel (with the rain the elevator floor becomes dangerously slippery) Varied and abundant menu not always responsive to Italian taste. Not large rooms awaiting renovation. The staff is very kind and friendly.

Anyone complaining about a room is crazy! What do you expect for 50 bucks!!! It's cheaper than a backpackers! Yes it run down but absolutely great for what u pay for, a comfy bed, hot water, a TV and an amazing view .. also 10/10 location! if u don't like it find somewhere better for that price.. unlikely.

Very nice hotel for a reasonable price with a very nice couple running it. The wife even made me a free cup of tea while I waited for my room to be ready (I arrived super early) and the husband was very helpful with figuring out how to take the bus to the airport. Quite a nice and comfortable hotel in Lourdes. Just a short walk from the shrine, which makes it convenient for attending the services during the day and night procession too. The rooms were comfortable and food was good.

Exceptional location about 150m from the sanctuary, surrounded by many bars and restaurants. In front of the hotel you can borrow wheelchairs, in case there are disabled people. Good international breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend it and will definitely return.
