Zannier Hotels Le Chalet

Our stay at Zannier Le Chalet was remarkable. The hotel is perched just above the centre of Megeve, close enough to easily walk in but high enough to enjoy beautiful views over the village and mountains. The decor is modern 'French alpine' and very pretty, and everything was spotlessly clean. We benefited from an extraordinarily generous upgrade to one of the principal suites (which was spectacular), but the (Prestige) room we originally booked also looked very nicely proportioned and appointed.

It being the summer, the restaurant was not operating during the evenings, but the breakfast was excellent – fresh, quality ingredients, and some of the best-cooked eggs we have had in France (which is no mean feat). The spa area is small but very high-quality.

The standout feature of our stay though was the service. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, and the whole place has a relaxed, almost family-like atmosphere. During our stay we found out that the team have been working together for many years, and it shows. Particular shout out to Ilijana, who was extremely helpful in recommending pretty walks and making reservations at great local restaurants. We will be back!

Beautifully- designed, cosy hotel with extraordinary service! Staff is extremely polite and attentive, taking care of all your needs before you even ask. Will definitely come back to Chalet and plan to try other locations of Zannier family!

We honestly couldn't recommend somewhere more. It was utter heaven from the moment we arrived. The chalet is so warm and cosy - you cannot not relax and love every minute of it! The staff are next level and are there to help with everything making the whole experience totally seamless. E.g. By the time you are collected from the slopes, your shoes are already laid out ready for you in the boot room. The spa is so relaxing, an incredible way to refresh your legs after a long day skiing. I would give this hotel more than 10/10.

An absolute gem of a boutique hotel… we loved the hotel and all the staff that worked there. Everyone was super kind and went out of their way to help. Would definitely return. Our room was exceptionally large for a ski hotel, and the decor was beautifully well thought out.

Zannier Hotel - Le Chalet is simply the best. The accommodation, the food and the location are all amazing but what makes this place so special are the people. Led by Emilie, the whole Le Chalet team are fabulous and all go that extra mile to make your stay a truly memorable experience. From the moment you arrive at the hotel everything is taken care of and you are immediately made to feel at home and part of the Le Chalet family. This was our second visit to Le Chalet and on this occasion we took the whole family so they could experience this gem of a hotel. The rooms are all exquisite and lovingly curated for a luxurious French Alpine feel and look. The snowy views over Mont Blanc are spectacular. The cosy restaurant and bar, with its roaring fire, are a very fitting end to a days skiing. We all slept so well and the mattresses were all so so comfortable. The 'Boot Room' team are all awesome and transfers to and from the slopes and into Megeve were seamless and efficient. All the restaurant bookings, on the slopes and in Megeve, were recommended and handled by Ilijana and the reception team. All in all, a fabulous place and a truly wonderful experience. We felt right at home as soon as we entered the property. The interior design was lovely and completely our style. Lots of neutral colors, different textures, high quality furnishings. The service at the hotel, from the valet to the concierge to the restaurant to the spa, was probably the best we have ever experienced. The location is great, just a little ways out of town, very walkable and very peaceful/quiet. The messaging ability to request anything from hot tea water to your room to reservations to valet pickup to the slopes was so convenient and very responsive.

Cannot say enough good things about our stay at Zannier. The concierge/front desk service was beyond helpful and personal and made us feel truly cared for. The drivers and restaurant staff were attentive and kind. The room was cozy and always turned down whenever we left the property. Walking distance to town but was the right kind of secluded. Excited to come back in the future!

Our stay at Zannier Hotels Le Chalet last March was just exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in the warm and welcoming ambiance that the hotel exudes.
The service at Le Chalet is truly top-notch. The staff ensured our stay was perfect, attending to our every need with genuine hospitality and professionalism. Special mention must be made of the managing director Emilie, whose dedication and attention to detail were evident throughout our stay.

We're thrilled to share that our next trip will be to Namibia in September, where we plan to discover the two local Zannier Hotels.
