Our stay at Zannier Hotels Le Chalet last March was just exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in the warm and welcoming ambiance that the hotel exudes.
The service at Le Chalet is truly top-notch. The staff ensured our stay was perfect, attending to our every need with genuine hospitality and professionalism. Special mention must be made of the managing director Emilie, whose dedication and attention to detail were evident throughout our stay.

We're thrilled to share that our next trip will be to Namibia in September, where we plan to discover the two local Zannier Hotels.

The rooms are clean and beautiful,the breakfast is rich with fresh food and paisteris and the spa is great

Cozy and Friendly are the two main words for this boutique-like hotel. The staff really understands the customer “needs” with the perfect balance in being around and aware to leaving you in calm. Very attentive and adequate in responding.

The hotel is very well maintained, clean, and welcoming. Harmoniously finished with appropriate materials and well selected furniture.

The restaurant has a high level culinary without being too fancy and too chique. Also very well in line with the overall experience.

we spend 3 nights at Le Chalet. This was probably the most amazing hotel visit in our lives. The location and rooms are spectacular. It feels living in those amazing Chalets in this area of France and Switzerland. The way the chalets are close together, but still separate makes the experience very cosy and personal.

What we like the most though - is the amazing staff at Le Chalet. Everybody was so super friendly and helpful. Everybody made us feel great. Everybody, from the woman looking after the rooms, the fantastic drivers, the amazing staff at the reception and the breakfast team. Really well done, thank you

Absolutely delightful hotel. Very enjoyable mini break in a fantastic location. Our first time skiing where everything was prepared to make the experience wonderful. Very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to staying again sometime soon. Thank you very much.

Genuinely the best service you could ask for! rooms are spacious, very clean and cosy! breakfast is great, the staff are incredible! Every single one of the staff member made our experience 10 times nicer. This will be my go to hotel in Megeve!

No ski shop in the hotel but they have a partner shop that comes to the hotel, I’ve not used them so not sure how efficient it would’ve been. Buuut doesn’t really matter because you can keep all your stuff in ski room which is super organised and efficient!

Room service options for food not the greatest, but I don’t think it mattered much!

Didn’t try their SPA facility because was too busy skiing but I am sure it’s as great as everything else.

Also, location is great super close from town and slope, both less than 5 min drive and their shuttle service is super efficient so you won’t need a car and won’t need to wait for long for transport.

Sometimes the room can get “slightly” noisy (if you are above the restaurant) because insulation isn’t the best so make sure you ask for a “quieter” room if it bothers you! Otherwise genuinely an amazing hotel and unbeatable service!
