Located in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, distance to airports: Geneva 80 km, Lyon - 226 km, Paris 612 km, 50 m from the ski lift.
Consists of two 5-storey buildings.
Only 102 rooms.
Room typesStandard room: Room with one double bed or 2 single beds, toilet and bathroom with bath. Possible accommodation for 1 person in the room. Surface area: about 22 m2.
Superior room: Rooms with one double bed or 2 single beds, armchair-bed, toilet, bathroom, bathtub or shower. Possible accommodation for 1 person in the room. Surface area: about 25 m2
Family room: this room can accommodate up to 4 adults in the room: double bed or 2 single beds, a bunk bed, a toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub. Surface area: about 35 m2.
From 2015, offers 4 apartments (2 and 3 bedrooms) located next to the hotel. Prices and availability upon request.
Surcharges:

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. - Pets are not allowed.

Reviews
The Chamonix Sud bus stop is close, the road to the city is pretty, and the Edigwimidi(?) gondola is right in front.
The room is a bit small for the price, and there were some unpleasant aspects about the cleaning.
The swimming pool and sauna are neither too little nor too much, just right.
Except for the peak season, if the price is reasonable,
It is a recommended accommodation.
On the day of check-out, because we had to take a bus to Geneva Airport in the afternoon, we came back from skiing in the morning and discussed with a beautiful lady at the hotel front desk. She generously agreed to let us use the private bath room at 2 o'clock and take a bath. I am very grateful for this.
The hotel lobby provides free coffee, water and juice, and the quality is very good.
The bath water pressure of this hotel is very good.
Gave us a free room upgrade which was great
It was close to the train station, so it was easy to climb Mont Blanc.
The rooms are spacious and quite satisfactory.
