Family room: this room can accommodate up to 4 adults in the room: double bed or 2 single beds, a bunk bed, a toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub. Surface area: about 35 m2.
From 2015, offers 4 apartments (2 and 3 bedrooms) located next to the hotel. Prices and availability upon request.

The hotel is beautiful and has all the services, the reception is very helpful, the lobby is spacious, there are some free drinks, the swimming pool is wonderful, and the views are beautiful; The place isn’t soundproof , and there are very few bathroom kit in the bathroom and the hotel is expensive

We spent a wonderful weekend here. We counted on the pool for pleasing the kids and we were not wrong. The hotel is quite nice, modern with lots of activities proposed on spot.
Weak point from me: there are 2 building wings, if you don't ask for the one which has the pool on -1 floor, then you have to pass through the reception hall dressed for the swimming , smiling to tourists checking in or out...

We booked a Valentines weekend at the Heliopic Hotel in the middle of Covid and the staff did a great job of making our stay comfortable, romantic, and somewhat normal 😊
The location is central and you can walk everywhere. Even though it’s next to a road on the map, it’s a little 2 lane and there’s no noise, our balcony was overlooking and I’m a very light sleeper, 0 noise 👌
The style is modern and fun, reminds me a bit of the modern boutique hotel chain Mama Shelter.
You can park in their underground parking for 10€ per day which is useful since the only other option is parking pretty far away from the center of town.
We had room and board so breakfast and dinner delivered to the room which, while it’s no restaurant, it was nice.
The spa is excellent, we had to respect certain time slots and distance rules but I adored cycling between the hamman, sauna, and ice bath.
We were in a Mansard room under the roof with view of the Mont Blanc and the room was clean and spacious with a big comfy bed and black out curtains. I’m a light sleeper and appreciated that while the hotel was full, it was very quiet and I slept like a baby. Would definitely recommend 👌

Amazing place, highly recommended!
Very nice staff, rooms, lobby. The hotel was made with the attention to the details, what I aprecciate. Cold cave in the spa is awesome).
Just mind the fact it's child friendly so the are a lot of children everywhere).
Some small things that can be improved: the breakfast is the same at all days and barely has any vegetables.
At the breakfast time the staff is cleaning up the tables which were already left. It makes some noise for the people who are still eating.

Our stay here was nice. We came for a weekend to Chamonix and stayed only the first night of our trip in l'Heliopic since the other nights were fully booked. Because we did rent our ski's here, we needed to turn them back before we took the bus to Genève airport. We made the agreement that when we would return our ski's, we also could take a shower so that we would've been fresh for our journey back. When we came to bring our ski's back, they knew about nothing and wouldn't let us use the shower (for which it's only purpose seems to be for situations like ours). This gave us a very bad feeling, since we made the agreement beforehand.
They couldn't keep there agreements...
If their inside communication would've been better and they would've kept their agreements this might have been a very good review.
