I stayed at this hotel before and after walking the TMB. I found the rooms to be comfortable and spacious, the breakfast to be delicious, and the staff to be friendly and helpful. The location was great - a 5 minute walk to the center of town, and a similar walk to the train station.

Avoid, this is quite expensive hotel and I am very dissatisfied with them and how they cannot handle issues caused by them. Because of their internal issues they cannot provide us breakfast which we've paid in advance, promises us to refund money later, after weekend. We've waited 4 days and nothing, no response to emails, no information. Shame, shame! That's 19 euro per person per breakfast, quite a lot of money. We are frequent travellers, travelling in cca 30 hotels per year all over the world, but this problem we've encounter for the first time. Shame! Outdoor jacuzzi is not working and internet is poor, but - OMG! - hotels like that should know how to treat clients! If you take the money and cannot provide services promised - you should behave like hotel, not a child!

We were excited to use the hot tub during our stay, only to be informed at check-in that it was not working. We could have looked past this, but when I went to take a shower there was no hot water. We chose to move hotels and 2 weeks later we still have not received a refund for our stay.

Jewel near the end of our trip. Everything was nice. Good room with balcony (east side straight onto mountains) and super breakfast. Already thinking to go and stay again.

My daughter looked forward to using the hot tub that we believed was included with our stay but learned that it was an extra charge per person for a limited amount of time; also an extra charge to play pool in the family room. I would prefer a higher priced hotel with these type of things included.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The lounge/bar area were very cozy, there is an outdoor hot tub, and everything is clean. The room was fantastic; it gave an authentic lodge vibe and was spacious. The location is great to walk around the town center. 10/10 experience!!

Fantastic place to stay when visiting Chamonix. A quick walk from the centre. Lovely rooms. Great breakfast.

We really enjoyed our experience at Auberge du Manoir. They have a fun, tiny pool table in the lounge and a happy hour in the afternoon. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The only struggle is that the key system to the room is cumbersome. Our key fob was a big wooden heart that makes it awkward to carry around with you. Other than that minor inconvenience we really recommend this place to stay when you're in Chamonix.

Had a great stay here at Chamonix! Room was nice and cosy and location was pretty good too! Slightly away from the city centre but nice and cosy spot for sure! The service of the staff was really good and they nicely held our luggage for a day while we did TMB! Warmly welcomed us back after the hike as well! Thank you!
