Perfect cozy hotel. Especially liked the attention to detail and the style of it. So many beautiful pieces of decor, placed everywhere with love. Something nostalgic felt about this place, some pieces of furniture may seem a bit old-fashioned (90s-2000s style), but it's used in a good way and it's definitely looked after, not shabby at all!!! Everything is clean.
Moreover, the receptionist Franck was super nice and helpful, it's been a while seen I have seen someone from hotel staff who likes their work that much! He definitely deserves a raise 😁
The breakfast was great too! There was lots of different fruit, pastry, cheese and meat for sandwiches, variety of drinks as well. Overall our stay there was wonderful!

The property is centrally located . The staff is very co-operative and supportive. The view of the Alps from the bigger room was stunning One should surely check the room size as few rooms are pretty small

Central location, great parking and very helpful staff. Overpriced for what you get, no lift, bar closes at 9.00pm., thin walls and small room.
Bathroom had sloping ceiling and for a man you could not stand straight to use the toilet.

This small boutique hotel was lovely with clean and well appointed rooms Windows opened with a view to Mont Blanc, And the common area in the entry and comfy bar was lovely. The setting was peaceful with gardens, a hot tub and areas to relax outdoors. I Highly recommend this hotel!

Perfect location in terms of transport, ski hire, and proximity to restaurants. Rooms were comfy and charming, staff very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was lovely.

It was not terrible it not was bad, but It was not good eater. I had high expectation for this hotel, but it really let me down.
There was no fridge or minibar, but the was two safeties. The bed was two single next to each other, without proper mattress topper. In the morning there was gap in the middle and I had sore back. The room where like timetravelin to 90s.

I stayed at this hotel before and after walking the TMB. I found the rooms to be comfortable and spacious, the breakfast to be delicious, and the staff to be friendly and helpful. The location was great - a 5 minute walk to the center of town, and a similar walk to the train station.

It was a cozy and lovely place! It was really clean and tidy, but it was a pity that the water in the sink didn't drain well. Even so, the location, cleanliness, and coziness were all perfect. When the hotel owner's dog, a border collie, greeted me, it felt like I was in a mountain lodge. It was so nice. I will come here again on my next vacation.

Avoid, this is quite expensive hotel and I am very dissatisfied with them and how they cannot handle issues caused by them. Because of their internal issues they cannot provide us breakfast which we've paid in advance, promises us to refund money later, after weekend. We've waited 4 days and nothing, no response to emails, no information. Shame, shame! That's 19 euro per person per breakfast, quite a lot of money. We are frequent travellers, travelling in cca 30 hotels per year all over the world, but this problem we've encounter for the first time. Shame! Outdoor jacuzzi is not working and internet is poor, but - OMG! - hotels like that should know how to treat clients! If you take the money and cannot provide services promised - you should behave like hotel, not a child!

We were excited to use the hot tub during our stay, only to be informed at check-in that it was not working. We could have looked past this, but when I went to take a shower there was no hot water. We chose to move hotels and 2 weeks later we still have not received a refund for our stay.
