Great hotel, great spa, perfect location, stayed here last year and had to cancel my reservation this year that I booked for the whole family at the last moment because my father had an accident, although I didn’t had any rights for a full reimbursement, they said no problem, and wished my father well, will definitely return here next year, thanks Juliette!

After a long, 15 hour day of travel, Hôtel Le Refuge des Aiglons was exactly what my friend and I needed. It was so cute and cozy. Everyone at the front desk was kind (and patient as we called down to ask how the shower worked) and the waitstaff at the restaurant was so charming and friendly -- especially Malcolm! Plus the tiramisu was incredible. Yes, the rooms were small, but they were clean, and the beds were comfy so who cares about the size! The breakfast was also incredible. Highly recommend staying here, as it's also off the beaten path of the Main Street, but still comfortably within walking distance and right across from the bus depot!

Started and finished our TMB trek here - they allowed us to check in early and held a bag while we did the tour. Very convenient to the bus terminal.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It is a nice hotel. The rooms were ok but comfortable. The restaurant was nice with a very generous breakfast with many choices. The bar was very comfortable and the service was very friendly. The outdoor area was nice with good seating. It is also a good location with a short walk to the gondola and the down town area. Good place to stay in Chamonix.

Customer service was excellent. The front desk was able to get me into my room early which I very much appreciated. The rooms are not what I would expect from a four star hotel. The lighting is very poor and the brown shag carpeting is very out of date. The picture doesn’t really reflect how dark the room is. It’s much darker in person than the picture shows My room was on the roadside and as others have mentioned, vehicle traffic was frequent and quite loud. There is no air conditioning so the only breeze is to leave your door open and with the traffic that is a challenge. The pool and Jacuzzi were clean and very nice, but there were no towels in the pool area and no umbrellas so you could not enjoy the pool without sitting in the hot sun.

Dingy, tiny, dark rooms with disgusting brown carpet. Front desk was unhelpful and unable to help with my requests. Parking is expensive for the area and the hotel is not located as conveniently as others in the area. Would not recommend - 4 star classification is a joke, this is closer to a 2-3 star hotel.
