Rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is nice. At around midnight I called reception for a spare bedsheet. The answer was "No" and they hungup. I wasn't sure I heard correctly so I called again. The answer was still "No". No reason given, no alternative. still don't know what is the reason for this behavior. On the other hand, the team in the breakfast lounge was very courteous and helpful.
Those who have plans to depart from orly airport, I would recommend staying this hotel. It takes about 5minutes from terminal 4 on foot.
Great location! I wanted to stay at the airport for a night before my early flight in the morning. It is only a few minutes away from terminal 4, you can get there by walking pass a bridge. If you're heading to terminal 3 then I guess it would be a 15 minute walk, also not bad! This hotel was safe and perfect for a solo traveller. However, I realised that there is a cheaper option next door, which...
Perfect location!! Walking distance to the Airport Room just enough space for 2 persons with the basic A kettle for tea/coffee would be appreciated (even if selling "starbucks" downstairs by the reception Comfortable mattress to get some hours of sleep between flights
Truly exceptional service. The front desk staff kindly offered to store my medications, which needed to be kept refrigerated—something I truly appreciated. During dinner, Aida and Manu went above and beyond to prepare a meal that met my dietary restrictions. They surprised me with a carefully prepared salmon with broccoli and fruit, taking every precaution to avoid gluten and gluten cross-contamination...

The shuttle bus is very convenient. There is no supermarket near the hotel, so we took the shuttle bus to the airport to buy some food and then back. The hotel is five minutes away from the airport, and there is a shuttle every 20 minutes. The hotel is also very clean.
Stayed here for a very short trip, arriving late and leaving early for a flight. Grabbed some food in the bar after we arrived and Johanna was amazing, service was quick and exactly what we needed. Excellent for what we were after!
Really enjoyed the restaurant this evening. The cute lil jars of sauces!! Loved the exceptional service by our waiter Jimmy, he was brilliant!! I love that he was super attentive to details and helpful in deciding what to get. Love that so much
There are some stains on the carpet and walls. Breakfast was great, but the clear glass bowls might need changing.
Very nice hotel next to a T7 stop at Orly airport. I stayed here after a flight was cancelled and the staff were just lovely. I also worked in the lobby prior to returning to the airport, which was also a good experience. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, quiet, and the shower good. The only down side was the quality of breakfast and the availability of plates. Overall a good airport hotel
Stayed for one night before a flight. Great location in relation to the Orly airport, spacious rooms, large bathroom with Nuxe products, fantastic service may it be at reception or the restaurant. Generous breakfast offerings. They accommodated us for a late checkout as our flight was later in the day. The only somewhat negative comment would be about the a/c which is ok but not so efficient although...

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel especially the rooms. Clean towels everyday and the room was warm. Only drawback no English speaking channels on the TV. The staff were very helpful. Having rented a car it was great having an underground secure car park. The self service breakfast was ample.
Nice & clean hotel, 5min walk from the subway. Rooms are of decent size. Breakfasts are OK, but there's little variety - no vegetables, and scrambled eggs look and smell like mashed potatoes... but bread is great. All in all, a good place to stay overnight.
The advantages : * Value for money : I found the price really reasonable taking the general accommodation prices in Paris into account, and I'm confident that I got a good deal for what I paid. * The bed was comfortable. We woke up feeling really well rested in the morning. * The room wasn't as small as some other reviewers noted. I found it just okay for two people. * Breakfast was okay even if a...
The approach road to the hotel is quiet and tranquil. The receptionists were kind and friendly. The breakfast area was a bit chaotic. It was not so great. All the standard French breakfast, but without the fruits. The room was super clean. I loved the bathroom. Just that the shower head was leaking water. This leads to wastage. The beds were awesome. It was a bit hot. They could have kept just bedsheets...
We booked 2 rooms, one was in first floor and other one was in seventh floor. The room in first floor was ok, except that there was no condition in it. Room in seventh floor was just terrible, when we get into the room, there was mold everywhere, by the window and shower. Terribly strong cat pee was in the bathroom, it’s no surprise, because the hotel is pet friendly, but there is no chance that after...
Room it's ok, but breakfast is always a mess, there is always something missing, eggs, or bread, or juice, or even forks, and even if you ask for it they don't give a Damm, they have their very own rythm to replenish the stuff. I will not complain about distance to the city center because you shoud know this before you make a reservation, you have to pay for that of course, but keep it in mind. I almost...

Mustafa and his Team are exceptionally Kind and very. hospitable They have Created a peaceful and perfect place that is spotlessly clean. Every day, they serve a fresh breakfast – the pastries are warm and freshly baked. I’ve never felt so relaxed! Everything is very clean and the service is excellent. The welcome was warm and friendly. The large lounge is beautifully decorated – like from another...
Rooms were very clean, they had enough space for storing luggage and the bed and water pressure in the shower were comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly, welcoming and always available. Breakfast was nice as well, with many different options to choose from (only some more savory options like hummus would have been great). The location was relatively bad, with some scary areas around and it takes...
The hotel itself is amazing, clean and pretty rooms with a good bathroom and enough storage space for 2 people. Service was very friendly and helpful. There is a bar that looked nice and the reception is open 24/7. Breakfast was very good, many options and available for a long time. Only issue is the location: it's a 10-20 minute walk to the surrounding metro stations and the area is quite scary, especially...
Rooms are small, clean, decent beds and nice bathroom. We had a broken side table that they fixed promptly when informed. Air conditioner did not keep the room very cool. We stayed in mid June and we had hot days. At times I couldn't tell if it was any cooler with the windows open or shut. Others that I stayed with who had no air conditioning in their rooms said their rooms were almost unbearable...
The location was ok, which is near the paris nord. However, the facilities are poor. Our toilet door could not be locked, and nothing was done by the staff.
We made a trip for two nights, good place for short stays, good breakfast and dinner! Rooms a bit small, a bit dirty, missing toothbrushes, slippers, but otherwise good place.

comfortable hotel, close to two metro stops that can take you easily to the main attractions of Paris. Personnel exceptionally kind and helpful
Well, when you pay 200€ per night, you surely expect more. The Ibis Hotel Chain needs to work on their pricing system, and they need to refurbish their rooms in order to cope up with the competition. However, their breakfast is excellent 👌, and their service is not bad, the staff are very friendly.
The room was ok and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I can make a bad comment was breakfast: the absence of any veggie - fresh or preserved - during the breakfast, and baguette would be well expected instead of toast bread.
Great place to stay if you are going to ANR, which is next door. Well situated for Asian restaurants in Paris, which is an asset for me but not if you want French food. The usual Ibis offering of basic hotel and breakfast, clean, efficient and featureless. No bedbugs...which apparently is an extra in many Paris hotels 😏 Pricey despite the simplicity, but it is Paris...
I had an absolutely delightful experience at this hotel! The staff's warmth and efficiency made me feel truly welcome. We had a really nice stay at this hotel. We notified the hotel that we would arrive early and we could check in straight away. The room was clean and cosy. The beds were good and the shower warm. It’s all right for a night or two.
The room is well-equipped, with a small balcony facing avenue de france. The daily cleaning is safe and responsible. There are a lot of tea cups, glasses and bowls, as well as a kettle. The Admiral Hotel was excellent. They are family oriented, helpful, flexible and supportive of travelers.
We stayed there during our Easter holiday and we were three families with two babies. Our room was very nice and the bathroom too. The breakfast was amazing. The location of the hotel is very good both for the metro and the close bars and drink locals. In addition the reception is opened 24/7, and this is comfortable for people who come back to the hotel during the night
Good 4 star hotel at very reasonable price. Staff is very kind and rooms clean and comfortable, with coffee machine into. Very good bathroom.
Stay in District 13 for one night. In summer, the CP value is naturally lower.
The hotel looks a bit old and worn inside, not 4 star in my book. The stairways were very dimly lit, the elevator was slow and the cards to the rooms stopped working every day with a subsequent trip back to reception to "refresh". The pool area had no towels and did not look so presentable. A bit outside of city center, but close to metro. The area has some nice cafes and a shopping mall.
Next to Tolbiac metro station Calm Excellent for the heated swimming pool Great with breakfast included

I wish I could give them 7 stars - just for the super-courteous staff. We visited Paris for the French Open (30th May - 2nd June) and stayed for a short while. We also walked around the city. A lot. And at the end of the day we knew we will have a neat and clean room and bed to rest and sleep to start the next day fully energized. I really enjoyed my time and stay at Hotel Urban Bivouac. This cute boutique hotel offers a lot in small detail. Very friendly staff was so helpful. The rooms are perfect in size. I especially enjoyed the gentlemen who worked overnight he was so friendly and helpful in helping us with recommendations to visit
The hotel is at a good location, right next to the metro! The great, helpful and fantastic staff!! Rooms are small as normally in Paris but comfortable and very clean!! Even the Family room is good with one child! Had a great time during our stay!
Cute design. Very clean, which is important for us. I didn't expect it to be so small though. The toilet is separate from the shower and the sink is in the room, next to the bed. Convenient location near Métro 14 station. Boutique hotel, quiet, good value for the money. My room had a nice balcony.
The hotel is under renovation. The elevator to the first two floors is not available so I had to carry my suitcases up two floors through staircases. It was a little inconvenient for me. Otherwise, the room was clean although it was a little small. The price was very affordable.
The hotel is located in a quiet residential area not far from the subway. Because we arrived late, there was no one at the front desk so we had to wait. The entrance is small and difficult to find as the first floor is under renovation, but it is a reasonable and simple hotel.
Good easy to reach public transport
Actually great hotel for reasonable price. At first entrance throw us off looking plain and old, we almost missed it, but when we entered the place we were pleasantly surprised by the nice atmosphere and fresh welcoming look coupled with the pleasant receptionist. When I checked out in the morning to catch my flight, the front desk asked me to pay the price difference. This is the first time I have encountered this in my travels around the world. A delightful small hotel in a good location. The wifi works well, the rooms are clean, ale the design is really nice. Okay, this place is the best value in Paris. 4 star hotel, with 8 wines on tap, great location, a pool and sauna, staff that cares, what else can one ask for? We had the family suite, a room with a big bed connected to a room with 2 single beds. Perfect for a family of 4. Maryam went the extra mile with everything we needed or wanted. Highly recommended!!!!
My stay here was great! I stood 4 nights and 5 days and I had zero complaints. Staff is super friendly, whenever I asked for water or something they came quickly. The room was spacious which was a plus. Definitely worth what I paid for and if I go back to Paris, I will be staying here again.

I loved this hotel! It was a perfect quiet retreat for my solo trip to Paris. The only singular reason I didn't give them a total 10/10 was because my in-room air conditioning unit wasn't quite powerful enough to keep my room as cool as the thermostat said. It was just comfortable enough for the weather last week, however, and I was very grateful to have it. The staff are lovely and the breakfast is...
Second time staying here. Location wise, Butte-aux-Cailles is relatively quiet and less "touristy", but has some decent bars and restaurants. It's a short walk to Line 6 and a slightly longer walk to Place d'Italie (Lines 5 & 7). Helpful staff and good breakfast. Hotel is neat and clean, although rooms are typically small (for Paris). Only notable nit is that the sinks are absurdly small in the bathrooms

The location is ideal as it is next to a metro station, and next to a lot of bars, restaurants and cafes. I mean Paris is not a city to stay in a hotel room, maybe only to sleep couple of hours. This is an affordable hotel on a good location. Negative points is the small bathroom sink, no elevator and no air-conditioning.

The location is great, right near Line 8. The room was very clean and hygienic, and fruit was provided daily. The only drawback is that the room isn't very large, but it's adequate. If you're a light sleeper, the subway passing through at night might be noisy, so consider this.

Clean, affordable hotel. We got a very large bed, 2 meters wide. Air conditioning. The metro is right outside, and you can be in the city center in 25 minutes. Friendly welcome, no problems at all. Well-behaved, friendly African women as housekeepers. They deserve respect.
Excellent location, metro station right outside the hotel. Very attentive staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Thank you all for the stay!
It is near the street and the subway station, so it is a little noisy. People with poor sleep quality should be careful. However, the hotel environment is very good, there are wifi elevators, and subway travel is very convenient. The hotel service attitude is very good. On the first day of staying, I found some insects that I didn't know whether they were brought back from the subway or originally...

Excellent location, right in front of the tram and metro stops, shops and restaurants.
Absolutely perfect stay! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and ideally located. The staff is warm, professional, and always available. The room was spacious, well-decorated, and very comfortable. The overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing, ideal for unwinding after a busy day. I highly recommend this establishment and will gladly return!
I must say, "I enjoyed my stay here!" This is a very trendy and family friendly hotel. The management is very cardial, and helpful. It is located directly across from the: Tram, Metro and Bus station. There are plenty of restaurant and supermarkets in the area. You can save a few dollars/euros by walking to a convenient eatery nearby. Most restaurants in the area have great food to enjoy. I paid for...
Rooms are small. But all clean and facilities are maintained. Front desk people are friendly and helpful, especially night time gentleman. Breakfast is even smaller than rooms. Watch out for breakfast manager, she is monitoring that people don't eat too much and reprimands people. And don't eat crepes, unless you enjoy paper chewing.
The hotel is a little bit south but very well communicated by transit. The line 4 brings you to the center in a few minutes. The rooms are spacious. My room had actually 2 beds, one king and one smaller. The bathroom is good as well with a nice shower. The downside is the don't have Aircon, just standing fans which won't make the job in summer.
An interesting hotel with good staff, on the edge of Paris, close to metro, two bus stations and a large underground car park that will take vehicles over 2m tall.
