Rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is nice. At around midnight I called reception for a spare bedsheet. The answer was "No" and they hungup. I wasn't sure I heard correctly so I called again. The answer was still "No". No reason given, no alternative. still don't know what is the reason for this behavior. On the other hand, the team in the breakfast lounge was very courteous and helpful.

Those who have plans to depart from orly airport, I would recommend staying this hotel. It takes about 5minutes from terminal 4 on foot.

Located is an ideal place, with free airport transfer that comes from 5am onwards. The rooms was lovely, just what you would expect. Customer service was decent too. Breakfast was what it was expected to be. Great stay.

Stayed here for a very short trip, arriving late and leaving early for a flight. Grabbed some food in the bar after we arrived and Johanna was amazing, service was quick and exactly what we needed. Excellent for what we were after!

We were really grateful that the hotel had a free shuttle to and from Orly airport. Staff is very friendly and very accommodating. The only problem is that the hotel is in a very industrial part of town near the airport.

For those who fly out of Orly airport, the best hotel in terms of price/quality. Shuttle buses run 24 hours a day. 10 minutes and you are at the airport. Standard rooms that resemble Ibis hotels. 10 meters from the hotel there is a pizzeria that works until 23.30, very decent and tasty pizza. But the biggest plus is long-term parking on the hotel grounds. Very convenient.

Great airport hotel I was picked up from the Metro station minutes after i phoned the hotel & had my airport tranfer for the following morning (4.00 a.m) arranged before i'd even checked in! The room was comfortable, clean & had all the facilities i needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel & will be staying there again if i fly from Paris Orly airport. I always stay in this hotel when I go to Paris. It is in the Chinese Quarter, not too far from the metro station Porte d’Ivry and tram station. There are many affordable Asian restaurants nearby. There are also many Asian stores nearby. The staffs are nice and the rooms are clean. The selection of the breakfast is not bad at all and there is unlimited supply of tea coffee and water at the front desk

The house is old and the service is so-so, but don't expect particularly good service at this price in Paris. The main thing is that the house prices in Paris are indeed not cheap, so just make do with it.

Well, when you pay 200€ per night, you surely expect more. The Ibis Hotel Chain needs to work on their pricing system, and they need to refurbish their rooms in order to cope up with the competition. Nice and cheap family size hotel. Nothing fancy but very decent on many levels. The room came with AC and a really large screen TV. Staff there were welcoming and gave us great advice for a nearby restaurant. The mattress could have been better but with this price, you can't expect the impossible.

The Green Hotel 13 is in 13eme arrondissement de Paris. It's easy to get there from Gare de Lyon by M14 underground 🚇 bus to the end Olympiades exit. The local is not bad, have restaurants and things around. The bathroom is small especially the shower, I can’t imagine how a bigger person can take a shower there. By the way, receptionists are helpful and good service.

The hotel looks a bit old and worn inside, not 4 star in my book. The stairways were very dimly lit, the elevator was slow and the cards to the rooms stopped working every day with a subsequent trip back to reception to "refresh". The pool area had no towels and did not look so presentable. A bit outside of city center, but close to metro. The area has some nice cafes and a shopping mall.

Our room is located at the 6th floor, no elevator, the stairs are too stiff. We have carry our three 25kilos luggage upstairs and downstairs. The room and toilet is very small. The hotel is under renovation. The elevator to the first two floors is not available so I had to carry my suitcases up two floors through staircases. It was a little inconvenient for me. Otherwise, the room was clean although it was a little small. The price was very affordable.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area not far from the subway. Because we arrived late, there was no one at the front desk so we had to wait. The entrance is small and difficult to find as the first floor is under renovation, but it is a reasonable and simple hotel.

I had a wonderful stay here with my son in December 2021. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and efficient. The rooms were spotless and nicely designed and furnished. Location is perfect and the free afternoon mini-buffet is a winner with children (free candy of many types). I definitely will be back to this hotel if I return to Paris.

When I checked out in the morning to catch my flight, the front desk asked me to pay the price difference. This is the first time I have encountered this in my travels around the world. Finally, I talked to Ctrip customer service, and the front desk staff said that they made a mistake. The front desk staff is suspected of fraud. I have never encountered this. It should be an isolated case.

Small but very quiet rooms. Newly renovated and very clean bathrooms. The breakfast room is during high season a bit Small but the staff is always refilling everything and very helpful.

I like a lot the helpfulness and kindness of the staff. The position of the Hotel is very good because it is very close to metro and to night pubblic trasport. The Tolbiac and Place de L'italie are two confortable zones to rest and to "taste" the parisian life.

Was here last summer with my girlfriend. A small simple hotel, with a friendly staff. Close to the metro.

Rooms cleaned, but too cold for me and the temperature is blocked for the users. Nice bed, but breakfast is poor for 8€. To summarize with a vote I give to it a 7.

Nice hotel.has great amenties for kids. This guy that checked us in was amazing. Helped us plan our trip by pointing a few places to visit. Gave out some kids activity bags. Some restaurant staff were nice and helpful. Some not so much. Would continue their conversion even though you ask for help. The carpets could do with a refresh. Overall not a bad hotel.

Absolutely flawless hotel in terms of location (convenient for all parts of Paris) modern and upscale equipment, super helpful staff with energetic and positive attitude.
