Everything was great, except for one situation. When we checked in, we asked if it would be possible to take breakfast with us to the airport since we had an early flight. The receptionist confirmed that we could. However, in the morning when we asked for boxes to pack our breakfast, there was a different woman at the reception who strictly refused and insisted that we have breakfast at the hotel. At the same time, we saw another guest packing her breakfast to go. My husband asked why it was allowed for her but not for us, but we never received an answer. We still don’t understand why we were treated this way.

Definitely OK for a night near the airport.
Reception is very friendly and helpful. I didn’t like my room because there were 2 beds but I was alone. So they changed with no questions. And they gave me top floor as I asked.
The bed was quite hard but ok. There were two pillows options what is very good!
Breakfast. I especially booked this hotel because I saw on pictures omelet and some beacon on breakfast buffet. Unfortunately in reality the scramble was to liquid and tasteless, sausages was dry and terrible. But everything else was pretty good. Very tasty tea, really fresh cheese and ham.
Another thing. When I chilling in the room before leaving, cleaning woman knocked on the door very loudly. And almost opened it. It was about 11am. My booking says that check out 12 am! The “don’t disturb” was on the door! What a hell in was?! (She didn’t speak English of course, so I’ve been almost thrown out)

The hotel is extremely convenient if you’re flying out of Orly airport.
The hotel is clean. The rooms are small, but practical and functional.
My experience with the service was fantastic. I had a stomach illness the night before and wasn’t feeling. Up to eating the delicious smelling and extremely rich looking buffet, a young woman named laurieane Took the time to talk to me and then went back to ask the chef to make up a simple basic plain pasta for me with a small bowl of simple soup. I really appreciated that.
The hotel is clean. The rooms are small, but practical and functional.

Avoid this place - not customer orientated
I booked this hotel for two days from January 27th to January 29th.
Unfortunately, I had reserved by mistake for October before via booking.com, so it was my mistake booking the same dates in October. (27th to 29th)
As this is a non refundable booking, I asked at the reception to cancel the reservation and they denied, which is their right.
But what really bothers me a lot is that I couldn ' t switch my booking to this week, a date change is not possible according to the lady at the desk.
Final result: I have to pay for two stays- first one takes place this week and it is needed for business. The second one, unneeded, is reserved in October. The wrong stay was booked for a time, which is 10 months ahead and they cannot change the date of the reservation. You must be kidding me...
A simple error costs me 280 Euro, I will live with that. For sure I will never come back to this place, the hotel is not at all customer orientated. Your money is all this company wants from you, not caring about the people who pay for their salaries at all, their customers.
Flexilbility, customer orientation and the will to find a suitable solution. All that was not shown.
Side note: the parking garage is also a joke. The prices are on space level but at least Ibis Orly are consistent. They take your money without mercy and do not offer a lot.
Book different premises and keep your money. I cannot recommend this place at all.

The location is good, very close to the airport and clear directions through the way. The lobby and reception have good environment and vibe. The room was quite a disapointment. Very tight and without space for 2 adults and 1 kid. Additional baby bed was not provided (we only mentioned the number of persons during the reservation maybe could be available through request) only towels set for 1 person was in the room and tried to call to reception 2 times and noone answered (11pm). We've managed to use only the available towels since it was only for one night. The shower door didn't close correctly and a gap was enough to leave the entire bathroom wet.

The only positive is how close it is to the airport. As soon as I laid on the bed I started sneezing, woke up at 5am to go to the airport and had a sore nose and throat. Spent the next 6 days of my vacation sick due to the dirty room. You'd be better off staying at Novotel.

Walk to the terminal 4 in 4 minutes though elevator. Small entrance to the parking, we couldn't fit with our crossover, small kiss and ride, had to go in circles for more than 30 minutes, didn't have baggage carts available so getting there with our luggage was very difficult. Once there we were welcomed by a nice space with play area for kids, restaurant was a bit on the pricey side for a buffet and food not great. Got a double room in the cheapest side 118 for 175 euros breakfast included, it was not bad, insanely large bathroom with ridiculously tiny sink, matress could have been better.

Even though location is perfect to get to the airport, staff asked for cash for city tax and then emailed me that I haven’t payed.
