ibis Paris Coeur d'Orly Airport

Honestly I took this hotel for the first time, I’m arrived at 22:30pm and it was so good ! Staff are excellent and serious, and the room was super great ! And the localisation is just perfect (3min to from the terminal 4)

I was staying at this hotel for 3 days, David and Sana are very good people, in fact in my opinion they should give them a raise in their salary, because they deserve it, since the first night I was at the hotel, I lost my sweatshirt , and I was very worried since I had bought that one in London and it is very precious to me, fortunately I went to them two and they resolved the issue very quickly and found my sweatshirt, something that had never happened to me in a hotel, that is why I am very grateful to them for their hospitality and even the genuine happiness they had with me when I found my sweatshirt, giving me a big smile. If I return to Paris I would come to this hotel only for them and the attention and concern they gave me. 10/10 stars for them.

Easy to find and in a good location for Orly airport. Easy to get into Paris using regular transfers from the terminal.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, although rooms were small, especially with a the pull out bed extended

I enjoy staying at this hotel when I fly out of Orly. Besides the amenities, the staff is friendly and courteous. I especially enjoy interacting with Marwa. Whenever I speak French to her she answers in English. It now has become a running joke--I get to practice French and she gets to practice English.

Everything went smoothly. The only downside was the lift near the hotel (so not the hotel's fault) wasn't working, so I had to drag my suitcase up the ramp next to the stairs.
The room was very well insulated and quiet. Breakfast was delicious.

Small room but nicely done. Internet connection from a browser is challenging because their portal only works with mobiles. The issue got sorted out by a staff member who knew about technical stuffs.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. It was modern and more comfortable and attractive than most Ibis rooms I've experienced. The breakfast is really excellent, perhaps reflecting the French appreciation of quality food. The only downside is the use of dispensers for soap and shampoo, my pet dislike. Weak WiFi in my room.
