Well, when you pay 200€ per night, you surely expect more.
The Ibis Hotel Chain needs to work on their pricing system, and they need to refurbish their rooms in order to cope up with the competition.
However, their breakfast is excellent 👌, and their service is not bad, the staff are very friendly.

comfortable hotel, close to two metro stops that can take you easily to the main attractions of Paris. Personnel exceptionally kind and helpful

The room was ok and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I can make a bad comment was breakfast: the absence of any veggie - fresh or preserved - during the breakfast, and baguette would be well expected instead of toast bread.

The room was not so clean, in the sheets had a dead bug. Three days never change the sheets. For three days they left only one piece of toilet paper. The TV for two days was not working.

This hotel could be fine but not under renovation.
There is construction work in and out of the building .
Maybe if you stay on the weekend then is good.
But there are not the cheaper ibis hotel arround the area but they are not the best.
They said that the construction will start at 9 Am but in fact in started at 8. And it's heavy . It will not stop after few minutes it's continuous.
I will not recommend to stay over until the construction is finished.
The breakfast is included but also not the best, looks cheap to me.
The receptionnist was nice even it she allocated me a room in from of the construction area maybe because I was just staying 1 night?
I am disappointed of my stay.
I think honestly that is better to book the others ibis near the area ( there is plenty) don't be disappointed like me if you wanted some peace &sleep ✌️

I had an absolutely delightful experience at this hotel! The staff's warmth and efficiency made me feel truly welcome. The room was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail in the decor added a touch of luxury. The amenities exceeded my expectations, and the complimentary breakfast was a delicious highlight. The central location made it convenient to explore the city. I can't wait to return – this hotel has set a new standard for hospitality in my book!

Unfortunately, even though I'm a client and I've always well reviewed this hotel and suggested to friends and colleagues, every time I stay here during autumn or winter I get sick because of the cold rooms. The temperature set in the rooms is much lower than in the reception and the other areas of the hotel (even if the receptionists say it can't be more than 19 degrees....). It's a shame to wear the coat inside the room of a hotel and to get sick for taking a shower in the bathroom! Especially considering the high price of this hotel which is the same price of a 3 stars hotel in the center of Paris! Anyway, again I had to spend the whole night at the reception asking for a solution (because they don't even pick the call if you call them from the room) but the man was like drunk and not helpful (just like all the other times). In the end, you have to beg them for at least three hours for MAYBE getting a heater (if they don't lie telling they don't have). What a shame. So I will definitely not suggest anymore this hotel to anyone.

Great place to stay if you are going to ANR, which is next door. Well situated for Asian restaurants in Paris, which is an asset for me but not if you want French food. The usual Ibis offering of basic hotel and breakfast, clean, efficient and featureless.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. We notified the hotel that we would arrive early and we could check in straight away. The room was clean and cosy. The beds were good and the shower warm. The additional service like a good breakfast, tea and coffee for free and luggage storage are a real bonus. The staff was friendly. The metro is within walking distance. We also enjoyed the Asian restaurants in the area of the hotel. They were very good and affordable.

I stayed here with my daughter during the winter holiday in 2022. The rooms are nothing special, but all we did was sleep and shower there. We didn't need much else. The breakfast is nice and the staff was very friendly(especially since I only speak English). The area is quiet at night, and you walk anywhere and feel safe. I would gladly staff here again.
