Pls be careful when booking here.
I booked a room at Amiral hotel on agoda but it allows child under 4. As my child is over 4, cancellation is acceptable before 23 Sep so I cancelled on 4 Aug - and there is no other notification. I booked another room for 2 adults here. Then I found out that all bookings here are non- refundable. I contacted the hotel explained if i were aware of non-refundable booking, I would contact them for upgrade, not cancelled and asked for support as I still stay in their premise. But they kept quiet, no answer despite I contacted them many times. When arriving, the receptionist said that it’s her boss rule, she couldn’t help but she did not raise the issue as well.

We stayed there during our Easter holiday and we were three families with two babies. Our room was very nice and the bathroom too. The breakfast was amazing.
The location of the hotel is very good both for the metro and the close bars and drink locals. In addition the reception is opened 24/7, and this is comfortable for people who come back to the hotel during the night

I want to say that this hotel appears to be 4 stars, but it doesn't even deserve two. The staff behaves as if they are presidents and the customers are slaves. The bathroom is full of mold, and you'll find mold behind the curtains as well. Only the pool was okay. I can even say we had fun. The breakfast was very poor. We had breakfast included in the booking price, but at the reception, we had to pay for it again. It's very cold in the rooms, and the bathrooms are full of mold. The carpet in the rooms is discolored and seems to be 20 years old. Overall, it was a very bad stay. Two months ago, I stayed in a 3-star hotel in Paris that was twice as nice as this hotel. I do not recommend staying here.

Good 4 star hotel at very reasonable price.
Staff is very kind and rooms clean and comfortable, with coffee machine into. Very good bathroom.

Stay in District 13 for one night. In summer, the CP value is naturally lower.

The hotel looks a bit old and worn inside, not 4 star in my book.
The stairways were very dimly lit, the elevator was slow and the cards to the rooms stopped working every day with a subsequent trip back to reception to "refresh". The pool area had no towels and did not look so presentable.
A bit outside of city center, but close to metro. The area has some nice cafes and a shopping mall.

I actually did not stay in this hotel. I had booked through expedia and by mistake I cancelled the booking thinking that I am still under cancellation window. I realized within 2 minutes and I reached out to either rebook me or not consider my cancellation at all. They agreed initially but later denied rebooking and deducted one night stay money from my account. It was really frustrating. I was surprised to know that they got fully booked within 15 minutes of my cancellation. I would not suggest anyone to go for such hotels. Also, despite convincing them for a refund, they are sticking to their silly policies.

The hotel is old, the staff are weird and not so helpful. I came for a checkin with 2 big checked luggage and nobody for open the door. They watched me struggling and tried to make some joke about it instead of helping me.
My room was among a space with two separate rooms. When you are charged, and nobody to help you with that, it's a nightmare... furthermore, cherry on the cake, the door of my room was hard to open. It was a bad experience. The bed was okay.
