I had a wonderful business trip at Pullman Paris Centre - Bercy. It had been a long time since I experienced such a comfortable business trip, and I owe it all to the hotel’s exceptional comfort.
The staff’s friendliness, hospitality, and helpfulness from the very beginning truly impressed me. The quality of service throughout the hotel was outstanding. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. In many hotels with carpets, I usually have allergic reactions, but thanks to the attention to hygiene here, I didn’t face any issues. Typically, carpets can appear worn or dirty, but here, they were perfectly clean and well-maintained. The cleaning team truly did an excellent job.
I would like to extend a special thanks to the breakfast staff. Every morning, they recognized us and prepared our omelets exactly as we liked. Notably, they took great care by using a separate pan, free from pork products, on a different stove to make our omelets, demonstrating their attention to our preferences and dietary needs. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture.
Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel. There were a few minor signs of wear in the rooms, but these are easily fixable. The professionalism and warmth of the staff, however, were beyond exceptional. I want to thank all the hotel staff, especially for this wonderful experience.

I stayed at the Pullman Paris for a week and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed to feel at home. The service was excellent; the staff were friendly and quick to help with any requests, making the stay feel personal and welcoming.
The location was also a huge plus, close to key sights and public transport, so exploring the city was easy. Overall, a great place to stay in Paris – I’d definitely recommend it!

Excellent hotel well placed and connected to all places in Paris. Close to metro. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good with many options. Family rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Overall a pleasant stay and would definitely visit again.

Very nice hotel with great service. We have been there for a business trip and the accommodation was great. Big meeting rooms and very good fresh cooked food for lunch. The hotel is very supportive and even a disabled key note speaker could be on stage as the hotel provided a wheelchair ramp.

Good hotel, decent rooms, good location, but the service is just excellent! Not something you come across in France that often. Staff is super helpful and friendly and all smiles all the time! Breakfast is very good and again, the staff at the breakfast are just super nice!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We travelled from Australia and wanted to thank Jeanette for her patience and hospitality to guide us around Paris. We enjoyed our stay here with the standouts being the breakfast and friendliness of the staff. The common areas were kept up very well considering how busy it was, housekeeping did a fabulous job, and even the hotel restaurant was very good. Location is excellent for attending events at Bercy arena. My only suggestion is to replace the carpet in the guest rooms and hallways. The carpet is old which caused the room to smell dingy. Other than that,

Hotel Pullman Bercy was perfect! Rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The staff is incredibly friendly. Fitness center was perfect. The Bercy Village was a highlight. What a great spot and right across the street! And Metro was right there too! Highly recommend.

1. **Bad Receptionist, Poor Attitude, Unhelpful**: The receptionist at check-in had a very poor attitude and was entirely unhelpful. When I arrived with my luggage, the receptionist did not offer any assistance, nor did they even attempt to help me with my bags. This lack of basic customer service was disappointing and set the tone for the rest of my stay.
2. **Poor Room Condition, Dirty, Towels are Grey Colour**: The condition of my room was far below the standard I would expect from your establishment and price I paid. The room was visibly dirty, and the towels provided were an unappealing grey color, clearly indicating they were not properly cleaned or maintained.
3. **Cleaner Entered Room Without Knocking**: On one occasion, a member of the cleaning staff entered my room without knocking while I was in the bathroom. This is a significant breach of privacy and made me feel very uncomfortable during my stay.
4. **Lost Laundry Item, Not Properly Washed or Ironed**: During my stay, I utilized your laundry service. However, when I received my laundry, one item was missing. Furthermore, the items I did receive were not properly washed or ironed, which is unacceptable.
5. **Delayed Checkout Receipt**: Upon checkout, the receptionist assured me that a payment receipt would be emailed to me. However, as of today, three days later, I have not received the promised receipt.
