ibis Styles Meteor Avenue d'Italie Mini-hotel

Worst experience visiting this hotel - and a scam. We booked for a family of 3 (2 adults, one child 3yo) and a baby under 1.
We arrived after travelling 1 hour on public transport with two ill children and myself. They proceeded to tell us we could not go in our room because we had the baby (even though she cosleeps with us). They refused because of “policy” but also would not call the manager because it was the weekend and he did not want to “disturb” her. Atrocious service. Also during this time my son was crying with vomit on his clothes as we were waiting to get into our room.
Who does that!?
In the end they charged us for an additional room meaning around €160 inc breakfast for one night - absolutely ridiculous for a “budget” hotel. We could have had an amazing room more central for this price.
1/10 - do not recommend. Souless place with soulness room. Even as a traveller and backpacker it’s just a complete dive. The only caring people were the cleaners and the lovely man at the breakfast bar who was really helpful getting me a baby chair for my little one.
