Service at the breakfast buffet was basically nonexistent and when we wanted to make a small change to our reservation, the hotel declined.

Just a short walk from the train station, the hotel is ideally located. The superior room is decent with a nice street view. The bed is large, but the mattress creaks and is very soft. Breakfast is adequate, however, there was no bread at 8:30 a.m. and 20 minutes before it was brought. Lack of follow-up at breakfast. Pleasant welcome at reception.

Clean and renovated hotel. Ideal location with train station access. Friendly reception. Heating noise issue, which is widespread according to reception. We unfortunately forgot our earplugs, and reception was out of stock.

There was a hairdryer and the room was very clean.

It's close to the station and very accessible. You can leave your luggage for free before check-in. The staff were also very friendly.

The hotel was very good location wise. The breakfast was good and very delicious.

When we booked the hotel, the hotel showed that there was an elevator, but when we checked in, there was no elevator. We had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. Later, the hotel explained that there was no elevator on our floor.

It was nice to be able to fill the bathtub with hot water. The bed was comfortable. I think the room was quite clean. It's very convenient because it's near the station. However, the attitude of the female staff member at the time of check-out was the worst ever. I don't know if she was in a bad mood or not, but she only whispered a greeting, and when I asked her to keep my bag, she silently handed me a tag and a pen and told me to leave my bag there with a dull look on her face. Have you ever encountered a staff member like this? She completely ruined the hotel's reputation at the very end.
