Nice & Clean hotel. Lola was fantastic with excellent service. One setback is the hotel no lift. U need a lot of muscle to get yr luggage yr room.

Was there on business. Rooms are large and clean, beds are comfy with options of different pillows. The guy at the reception was nice and helpful. they offer parking, which is great. breakfast was good. it is very conveniently situated near the old town.
some downsides: the hairdryer's housing was broken at the bottom, the light flickering, it is not possible to darken the room completely (no curtains, just a roller blind), no shampoo, no bottle of water, no tissues. all minor things, but things I got used to in hotels of this price category. No lift!

I went to Rouen last year, and I fell in love with the city. I stayed at Hotel de Quebec at that time too.
When I decided to visit Rouen again this year, I just didn’t look for any other hotels. I knew I would stay there again.
And just like last year, everyone was super nice. Merci du fond du cœur, Maxime et ses parents

Handily placed with secure (15 euro) parking. Fantastic breakfast. Rooms are very basic but adequate

I had a 2 twin bed rm maybe it was the only one

It was close by the road and easy accessible for people with a car. The main attraction was the cathedral that was 5 minutes away

Parking is the problem. When we booked, parking was assured. When I arrived, I was told that their parking is full and I need to find parking spot at street or cathedral’s metered parking at 16 euros or so for the night.

Perfectly located on the edge of town to walk to restaurants & tourist destinations.
The room was clean & tidy & the staff were helpful.
The hotel has private secure parking but you must book in advance.
We found the hotel to have a really bad Internet connection in the bedroom.

I had an excellent stay at the Hotel de Quebec. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff were great. They spoke English well and also were patient with me as I tried to practice French with them. I was able to walk to Eglise Saint Maclou within about 15 minutes and enjoyed a great meal outside the church at the recommendation of the staff. Public rental bicycles are just around the block from the hotel. I was able to find street parking, but it was a couple of blocks away one day, right in front of the hotel the other.
