Super convenient for airport flyout. You can walk 5m to terminal 1 or take a free tram at the front of the hotel to both t1 or t2 direct. Breakfast is quite poor, but rooms are very spacious for a 3*. Overall very positive experience for a before flight night.

Good location if you are going to the airport, but far from city centre. Breakfast is simple, but fair. You have to pay for car parking, and it is expensive. The hotel itself is modern. I would recommending staying there if you are using Nice as just an accessible city, to visit other riviera attractions.

This hotel is just awesome. The only downside is the price. It is pretty expensive: the rooms and the breakfast are not cheap. If you want to come here, see what other choices you have, and if you don't find something better then come here. If it wasn't the price, I would have given it 5 stars.

This is a small, moderately priced hotel in Nice run by the owner. The accommodation is basic but absolutely fine and there is plenty of parking. I couldn't really tell too much about the breakfast because it was a continental breakfast and as a vegan there wasn't that much I could eat but that's my problem not theirs. Goodplace, our nights was quite and silent. The breakfast to the 06:00 AM was worderful and abundant. But the room was small and point positive what it has a cofee machine.

Friendly staff, great location (close to Nice airport) and cheap rooms. However, there was intermittent sewage smell in room 303 (not sure if it comes from ventilation or sewage system). Room 303 (and most likely other rooms) has paper walls (very bad noise insulation). I could hear people whisper in the corridor and other guests talking in other rooms. You get what you pay for. I simply loved the stay. The room might have been a little small but it was very tidy and very clean. No bed bugs that's the most important thing. Also the staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was so delicious. Also it's near the airport so if you wamt to crash for a night before your flight then this is the hotel to visit. The hotel is just visible from the Promenade des Anglais, but it is surrounded by one way streets, so not very easy to drive there. (More signage would be helpful!) But, it's well worth the effort. Simple rooms, which are great for one night if you have a early travel. Didn’t hear any noise from outside . The room has everything you need . Breakfast is great for 10€ . Bacon, sausages , eggs , fruits , ham , cheese … The front desc is very friendly . The snack and beer bar open 24/7 which is great. For 3 starts I didn’t expected that much extra.

Average hotel in vicinity of Nice airport. Rooms are on the small side and have limited furniture (like no chairs to sit on in the rooms). Bfast had a good variety of food items and I liked that still/ sparkling water was provided free of charge. I'd recommend the hotel but there are other options closer to the airport.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ibis Styles Nice Arenas. The hotel staff are all very friendly and the location is very close to the Nice airport and the tram stop that takes you to the city center in 15 - 20 minutes. Great wee stay for a few nights in the city. Cheaper than being in the centre but lovely walk to Old Nice along the beach, or very quick and accessible tram link. Maybe a bit far out if you want true hustle & bustle but we prefer being away from that anyway. Clean, comfortable, well staffed, perfect for what we needed.

HOWEVER, the really good thing about this hotel is the location; although barely any places to eat nearby, parc pheonix has bus stops and trams that go EVERYWHERE! and for super cheap, as little as 1.5€ to old nice, 2.5€ to cannes and about 5€ to monaco.

Great price, lovely helpful staff and great pool. It's not near the town centre but is near the airport. For a few days peace and quiet by a pool with good sleep in a city it was great.

Room was 'deluxe' but apart from slightly larger was not deluxe in anyway. Adequate bathroom, beds OK but room definitely needs an update and good clean. Really good location close to beaches and in a less touristy bit of town. Good little apartments which are well set out and clean. Not lavish but really clean and functional with a really good roof terrace. The fire escape door to the roof was locked which was worrying and we flagged to the staff who said it shouldn't be unlocked. We will report this separately as it was a concern.

I came 2 months ago. I had a great stay. everything was good, the location near the sea, the cleanliness of the bathroom, the fridge + kettle in the room, the friendliness of the owner who carried my suitcase. it is by spending a week in another accommodation in Nice, 2X more expensive but catastrophic, that I regretted the hotel connection

Nice hotel, nice staff. Rooms are a bit small (at least the one we had) but are very clean and well equipped. The corridor got a bit noisy at times but nothing too troubling.
