Hotel So’Co by Happyculture

This place was only ok to stay in. Location was alright as was close to the train station, and a 10min walk to tram stop to get the airport. Otherwise the area itself wasn’t the nicest, but was within walking distance of the nicer areas (~20min). The walls were quite thin and could often hear neighboring rooms, but at least the area itself was pretty quiet at night.

The room had a comfortable bed, but the pillows were very average. There was barely any spare space in the room, which was difficult to navigate with suitcases.

The bathroom looked worn out including the toilet seat which had some wear and tear, and it was completely unattached when we arrived! There was also no shower gel - just an empty bottle. The towels were small, thin and smelt terrible, even when they were freshly cleaned and changed. It was quite unpleasant.

Other minor issues included one day after the room was cleaned one of our room keys was mistakenly taken, and another issue was that they left us with only floor towels (no large towels for ourselves).

However, notably the staff were very friendly! They immediately sorted out all of the above issues when we raised it with them, which was very much appreciated!

Overall, it was acceptable but not fantastic.
