I booked an airport pickup, was told it would arrive in 10 minutes, but waited over 20 minutes. The lobby staff provided average service, not proactively greeting or acknowledging guests, and seemed rather cold. The Wi-Fi was down for over 12 hours due to a malfunction.

The hotel is comfortable with convenient location, close to airport and the city. One thing needs to be improved is the shower. The divider doesn’t work well that the water leaked all the way to the floor making the bathroom so wet. Other than this, the overall stay is good.

The hotel has a private beach, is very close to a large shopping mall, and a bus stop. There are many restaurants nearby, and the staff are friendly. However, the room is quite old, and the bathroom/toilet did not work properly.

Hotel offers free shuttle bus 👍👍👍👍👍 When arrived at airport we just give hotel a call and the minibus soon came to collect us. The staff were super nice and made our stay there very pleasant. We would like to mention Hermes. He was such a nice gentlemen and always there to provide us useful tips on navigating Nice. Our room was cleaned everyday and bottled water was topped up. Kudos to the housekeeper. One feedback though was that they do not deliver amenities to the room. We have to go to the reception to ask for them...

We booked this property because it had airport shuttle only to find out upon arrival it is not working. Although hotel is in walking distance to airport, we had a lot of luggage and had to get a taxi to take us. Was told their shuttle is electric and does not working often. Would have never booked this hotel if I knew they didn’t have a shuttle available. Jerome is very nice.

A lovely hotel. The room is clean and functional. The staff at the front desk are super helpful and friendly. Breakfast is a great continental buffet with all you need. The hotel has lots of different food options e.g., pizza, soups, stews, sweets and treats and a bar with beer, hot chocolate, wine etc. would definitely recommend staying here the location is great along with everything else mentioned

With one exception, all the staff I encountered were friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The room was small but bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, and excellent cable TV with wide range of local and international channels; easy shuttle service to airport; excellent buffet breakfast. In sum, perfectly met my needs for a brief overnight stay.

I stayed alone for 3 nice. The hotel looks very good, probably it is recently renovated. The cleaning of the rooms is exemplary! The pool is nice and the pool area is cleaned every morning. Great hotel, very friendly and helpful staff (there is a free shuttle bus from the airport, you just have to ask them) lovely selection for the breakfast buffet. The bedrooms are suitable, clean and comfy beds/pillows. Had it not been November I might have tried the pool too.

This is my second time in Nice. I like this city very much. The train station is next to the hotel and you can go directly to the city center in 8 minutes. You can also take the tram to the city center, which is very convenient.

Got upgraded by Holiday Inn as they were full. Good hotel, breakfast was great with nice selection and a chef to make omelettes on request. Stayed only one night for a flight the next morning. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful (new guy from Portugal). Would stay again

Great location and lovely room with view over airport , only downside was bar closed early and we had just arrived from a long delayed flight there was no food available and just ordered drinks but staff made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Apart from the staff is a great hotel

Reception is working only for several hours in the morning and evening, rest of the day it’s closed. In that case you can do self checkin at the entrance which is actually easy to do. You get number of your room and an access code. Hotel corridors and lift clean. On the other side floor in our room was not cleaned for at least one month. There were hairs and it was sticky. Excellent staff. Rooms had fridges and a functional kitchenette. I waited a little too long to request a different room due to the constant noise of a screaming baby next to me, but they were able to accommodate me once I did which i really appreciate. Thank you! The value is good considering the price but that comes with a less than ideal location and very warm rooms.

We have stayed here a few times and it just gets better. So handy for the airport and has free and secure parking. Right at the entrance to the superb Cap 3000 Shopping Mall and also close to the coast. The hotel has been recently refurbished and the rooms are better and the restaurant is very nice looking over the garden and the pool. The breakfast is really worth it and there loads of options...

1min away from the sea front, 1min away from CAP 3000, easy access to all main roads, rooms reasonable size, car park convenient and secure, breakfast adequate, staff all very lovely and kind, pool was not ready early April, but with that it would be even better

Facilities are excellent for family entertaining and nice food. Some of the staff could improve upon what seems to be annoyance with non-French speaking patrons.

Inefficient check-in and poor selection on breakfast but perfect location I checked into the hotel well after 3 o’clock, yet the process still took around 10 minutes due to a quoted lack of available rooms, even though it was quite late in the day. We loved our stay! Our flight landed early in the morning, so we were able to leave our luggage for the day while exploring Nice until our room was ready. We were graciously handled by Diogo at the front who was very kind & accommodating, offering us coffees upon returning to check-in. This hotel is just awesome. The only downside is the price. It is pretty expensive: the rooms and the breakfast are not cheap. If you want to come here, see what other choices you have, and if you don't find something better then come here. If it wasn't the price, I would have given it 5 stars.

Pretty good for a short airport stay. Not a holiday hotel. Quite room (when window 8s not facing the road). Breakfast is correct, parking is very convenient (14€)

Surprisingly large room and shower room. Small fridge/mini bar. Beds very confortable. Good size, sunny balcony. Helpful staff. Situated within a short walk of beach, promenade, bars and restaurants. Cap3000 Super Mall also nearby and from there you can take the bus number 12+ direct to the centre of Nice or airport.

Hotel highly recommended as a base for a tour of the French Riviera and for visiting Nice. the hotel is not in the city center but is a short walk from both the beach and the cap3000 shopping centre. Buses leave from here for the center of Nice. The staff is kind, smiling and always available. Large and well kept room.

As the title says, the hotel is comfortable enough. Our room had a balcony with a table and set of chairs, the hotel is very close to the beach (just few hundred meters) and there is a fridge/mini bar. There's Wi-Fi for free as well. On the other hand, the breakfast area is tiny and not suitable for large groups. The toilet was separate from the bathroom (might be a plus for some people).

This is a small, moderately priced hotel in Nice run by the owner. The accommodation is basic but absolutely fine and there is plenty of parking. I couldn't really tell too much about the breakfast because it was a continental breakfast and as a vegan there wasn't that much I could eat but that's my problem not theirs. The best part of it are the owners, who are really helpful and exceptionally nice...
