I booked an airport pickup, was told it would arrive in 10 minutes, but waited over 20 minutes. The lobby staff provided average service, not proactively greeting or acknowledging guests, and seemed rather cold. The Wi-Fi was down for over 12 hours due to a malfunction.

The hotel is comfortable with convenient location, close to airport and the city. One thing needs to be improved is the shower. The divider doesn’t work well that the water leaked all the way to the floor making the bathroom so wet. Other than this, the overall stay is good.

The hotel has a private beach, is very close to a large shopping mall, and a bus stop. There are many restaurants nearby, and the staff are friendly. However, the room is quite old, and the bathroom/toilet did not work properly.

The staff were super nice and made our stay there very pleasant. We would like to mention Hermes. He was such a nice gentlemen and always there to provide us useful tips on navigating Nice. Our room was cleaned everyday and bottled water was topped up. Kudos to the housekeeper. One feedback though was that they do not deliver amenities to the room. We have to go to the reception to ask for them...

We booked this property because it had airport shuttle only to find out upon arrival it is not working. Although hotel is in walking distance to airport, we had a lot of luggage and had to get a taxi to take us. Was told their shuttle is electric and does not working often. Would have never booked this hotel if I knew they didn’t have a shuttle available. Jerome is very nice.

A lovely hotel. The room is clean and functional. The staff at the front desk are super helpful and friendly. Breakfast is a great continental buffet with all you need. Right at the entrance to the superb Cap 3000 Shopping Mall and also close to the coast. The space is small but good for a quick trip or layover. The only downfall is there is no wifi or food other than breakfast. Check in was extremely good and easy overall I would give it 3.5/5

All are good and up to standard. Only downside was when I was there, the WiFi is down so it goes without internet. Other than that, it's good. There's an interesting feature where if you go with friends and stay in different rooms, there's a secret door connecting to two rooms.

The location is between the center of Nice and the airport. There is a tram right outside the door. It only takes 11 minutes to get to the beach in the center of Nice. If you like a quiet environment, you can choose this place. There is a bakery opposite the hotel. It is much cheaper to buy a cup of freshly squeezed juice for breakfast.

This is not a Travel Lodge or Premier Inn but it is clean, functional and comfortable. The beach and the fabulous Promenade Anglais are 100 yards away and the stop for the tram (town and the airport directions) is about the same. We are in town visiting relatives and we like it !

This hotel is located on the corner of a street where buses pass all night. It is very noisy to sleep. Although it was clean, near to several stores in the center.

We had a big triple room, the furniture and sanitary were a bit old, but the hotel is very well located - about 5 minutes to the beach. This hotel is located on the corner of a street where buses pass all day and night. It is very noisy and difficult for sleeping. The location is near to several stores. The room was clean and french breakfast. Wi-Fi available. It was ok by default Nice is a expensive city.

This is excellent value for money. Room was cheap and cheerful. Room was fairly recently refitted so new. The location of the hotel was fantastic with easy access to most sights in Nice. Staff was exceptionally good, knowledge all and helpful. The check-in was fast. I'd definitely stay again

Avocado tartar 3/5 stars - the chef mix the soft and unriped hard avocado so I think that’s not so professional for this top famous hotel Fish soup- 4/5 stars. Their signature dish but I had much better fish soup. Their coutons were very hard and soup was a bit too salty. View was nice but can’t say amazing because you see the streets and the cars

The restaurant is very nice and cute. The food was amazing — everything we tried was delicious. The Steve Molinari fish soup was one of the best dishes we’ve ever had. The portions are generous: we ordered one tasting menu and, for the other person, a starter and a main dish — and we both ended up full. The staff was very friendly and professional. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Our server Emelie (I hope that’s right) was fabulous! We had a great night. We are from Germany and can’t speak French but we we were all working together to make it work. Thank you Emelie! Food was phantastic. Unfortunately, we didn’t like the drinks very much though they were well crafted but I wish there was one or two more classics on the menu like a proper Daiquiri, a Gimlet or anything like that...

This is a not miss restaurant in Nice! The staff are just next level amazing and everyone was so helpful for my dairy and gluten allergy. They brought our gluten free bread and even made me a special dessert. Highly recommend!

Travel to Nice and visited here 2 times ! Really love it !! The food is amazing and same as the service and atmosphere! Even though second visit the service personnel made some mistakes, but the manager and other personnel immediately came over to apologize and gave us some nice cocktails from the house !! We tried tasting menu and also tried some a la carte , all are tasty and beautifully presented...

The perfect hotel for a trip to Nice. A high-end hotel with everything perfect. The spa is also perfect. I was happy to have found such a top-notch hotel. I will definitely stay here again for my next trip to Nice.
