Location: The hotel is located around 500m away from terminal 1. There is a internal trams that bring you from terminal 2 to terminal 1 and then you can walk to the hotel. The downside is the electricity went out in the night..no AC, it got really hot and stuffy, and there were no lights to get ready for an early flight. We stayed here one night before we had to catch a flight the next day. We were very pleasantly surprised that it was much nicer than we thought it would be. Our room was quiet even though it's very close to the airport. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable we had on our entire trip. The bathroom is nice but very small with very dim lighting. Receptionist really gentle and kindly even if we got late in the night. Beds are very confortables and open breakfats. Just too bad no minibar in the room.

Super convenient for airport flyout. You can walk 5m to terminal 1 or take a free tram at the front of the hotel to both t1 or t2 direct. Breakfast is quite poor, but rooms are very spacious for a 3*. Overall very positive experience for a before flight night.

Good location if you are going to the airport, but far from city centre. Breakfast is simple, but fair. You have to pay for car parking, and it is expensive. The hotel itself is modern. I would recommending staying there if you are using Nice as just an accessible city, to visit other riviera attractions.

Very nice hotel, clean, new and polite staff. The location is not the best if you visit Nice but compared to other hotels in the city, it is worth driving for like 15 w20minutes to downtown. Would definitely visit again

Nice 4 stars hotel near Nice airport T1. Price for a room one night is close to 200 EUR. A bit steep but normal near an airport. The rooms are well equipped and cosy, the bed is super comfy. I also recommend the restaurant. The food is good and not very expensive.

The Holiday Inn is very good located, the breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits every morning, just yummy. The rooms are huge size for normal hotel rooms. The beach is direly located in the back of the hotel, just 2 minutes to walk, that’s what we really enjoyed. The Staff was so friendly and kind all the time. Thanks for the stay, and i wish you’re always fully booked.

Cindy is a super professional and friendly receptionist; she’s always with radiant smile! The shuttle bus driver Cedric is very kind and with good skills as well! He successfully helped us to reach Nice airport even though we have much luggage! The service of this hotel was impressive! We all enjoyed the stay here! Very grateful!!

We unfortunately stayed one night before flying back home. The hotel is well located near to the beach, its an old hotel however you can see the maintain it well. We got a connecting rooms with massive beds, rooms are big with big balcony as well. Coffee machine is available and a water kettle. Good water pressure in the shower, with a bathtub, separate toilet. We didn't pay for breakfast however...

Decent hotel, medium size room. Plus is the balcony so you can go outside. Other plus is the shopping mall nearby (10 min. Walk). Reception very friendly, shuttle bus every 30 minutes to nearby airport. On the other side, a modern bar, but has little to no ambiance.... Too much, Holiday Inn atmosphere...

I really like this place. Close to the beach and to the airport, it's very convenient to stay before flying back home. We did stay for business, attending a tradeshow in Cannes. Very peaceful place. The bedroom are big, the bed is super comfy. A lot of restaurant all around to enjoy nice food. I do recommend.

Located close to the airport. The bus, tram and train stations are nearby so you can travel to antibes, Cannes etc. Huge parking lot infront of the hotel. the food tastes really good and the staff is exceptionally helpful. Nice hotel. Rooms are well required. Bit of a dampish odour when entering hotel. Maybe the air conditioning needs cleaning out! Friendly staff. Has quite a bit of construction and road works going on at present 7/7/18.

Great hotel, very friendly and helpful staff (there is a free shuttle bus from the airport, you just have to ask them) lovely selection for the breakfast buffet. The bedrooms are suitable, clean and comfy beds/pillows. Had it not been November I might have tried the pool too.

Nice hotel and very quiet despite the proximity of the airport. Bedrooms are a bit small but it looks like that they are brand new. Very kind employees. Good breakfast. Don't forget to ask for their free shuttle to go to the airport. I recommend this hotel !

This hotel is just awesome. The only downside is the price. It is pretty expensive: the rooms and the breakfast are not cheap. If you want to come here, see what other choices you have, and if you don't find something better then come here. If it wasn't the price, I would have given it 5 stars.

Pretty good for a short airport stay. Not a holiday hotel. Quite room (when window 8s not facing the road). Breakfast is correct, parking is very convenient (14€)

Very comfortable rooms, convenient location and super helpful staff. They were even able to accommodate a last minute request for an extra guest in our room due to a flight cancellation. Would definitely come back and recommend this hotel!

This is a small, moderately priced hotel in Nice run by the owner. The accommodation is basic but absolutely fine and there is plenty of parking. I couldn't really tell too much about the breakfast because it was a continental breakfast and as a vegan there wasn't that much I could eat but that's my problem not theirs. The best part of it are the owners, who are really helpful and exceptionally nice...

Perfect for a budget hotel. Clean and comfortable.

Reception is working only for several hours in the morning and evening, rest of the day it’s closed. In that case you can do self checkin at the entrance which is actually easy to do. You get number of your room and an access code. Hotel corridors and lift clean. On the other side floor in our room was not cleaned for at least one month. There were hairs and it was sticky. Bed was nice and comfortable...

The staff was not present on site so i dont know about the check in service was quick. Easy check in

Excellent staff. Rooms had fridges and a functional kitchenette. I waited a little too long to request a different room due to the constant noise of a screaming baby next to me, but they were able to accommodate me once I did which i really appreciate. Thank you! The value is good considering the price but that comes with a less than ideal location and very warm rooms.
