Location cannot be better for walking and exploring. Staff could not have be nicer. Sarah welcomed us, made us feel at home, gave us lots of good info on the city, walked us to our room, and she has the best positive attitude. Thomas was also really friendly and a pleasure to speak with. The room met all expectations and the bed was really comfortable. We loved that the windows can be opened for fresh air. But the star of the show is the breakfast that is included at no extra charge. We are still talking about it. If there was ever any doubt that we would stay here again, which there was not, the breakfast sealed the deal. It’s an all you can eat buffet in a really comfortable room with not too many people and servers to take coffee orders. They even have oat milk for the lattes and cappuccinos. It was the best breakfast of our European vacation by far. Pastries, fresh baked breads, homemade jams, smoked salmon, eggs and bacon, fresh fruits, seasonal vegetables, and so much more…

La Cour des Consuls is a gem in the heart of old Toulouse. It was a former 18th century luxurious home. The rooms are modern and ours had a lovely outdoor patio on the third floor. There is a fridge and coffeemaker in the room. The only complaint is the makeup mirror. Way too low for a 5 ft. 6 in woman.

Very nice hotel in excellent location but I had a problem with the room lock malfunctioning and locked me out. Had to wait a couple of hours for someone to fix the door lock and let me into the room, not great as it was 11pm and I had to leave at 4am for the airport. Staff were very apologetic and it looked like they were rushing around trying to fix it but still very inconvenient. I asked them to waive the parking fee for the inconvenience which was refused - disappointing. Street noise from drunken people walking past comes through loudly so bring ear plugs!

I have stayed here multiple times and really love the hotel. It’s a beautiful facility, well maintained, clean, and wonderful staff. But I did not like that they turn off the air conditioning at night across the entire hotel. Every night I woke up extremely hot and sweating. Since I stayed at the end of June, I expect the a/c to be available all the time. I won’t stay here during the summer again.

We stayed in Room 232 for 2 nights.
My husband & I also work in Hospitality, but this was beyond our expectations.
The hotel is elegant and beautiful.
Splendid and quiet room, with a beautiful shower and a little inside balcony. Super comfortable bed.
Lots of options for breakfast, with delicious food & drinks.
Special mention to the service, from the porter we saw every morning to the brown hair breakfast girl ( I wish I had asked their names).

Terrible place! worst service ever! A complete and utter waste of money! The promised "free wifi" was like 1 bar and just completely crap. And, if you care about your healthiness, don't go there.

I would say this is an average hotel. For the price and being a Mgallery hotel was expecting much more. The best thing about it, it’s the staff.

Despite nice prior experiences with MGallery hotels, this stay was an accumulation of issues. There were 7 of us across 2 double rooms and a suite (so-called "Memorable"). No upgrade or quiet room locations despite all of us being Platinum/Gold members of the reward program. One of the room was not ready until 7pm. Not enough towels in the suite. No response from the hotel desk when we called from the room. Had to get the door cards redone twice to get all of them working. We had to ask the toilets to be cleaned on arrival - even the door was dirty on the inside. Yuck. Beware that there is no separation in the suite - everyone enjoys everyone's shower, although there is a trace of curtain rails that was once there (but not anymore). The exterior marble of the bathtub is broken, so water leakage all over. And in one of the room, the full shower wall was coming apart and maintenance had to be called in. At breakfast, the buffet was empty at 9:15am (supposed to end at 10am only) and you had to wait 15 minutes for a table of 4. Next day we ordered in the room instead but they forgot the bread. Still no response on the phone so we had to call in via mobile on the exterior landline of the hotel to get a response. So many things to improve!...
