I had forgotten to review this stay from November. Had a great experience at this property! Extra friendly staff, got a fantastic room and some amenities. Thanks a lot for making this trip much better!

The overall experience was really good. The start and before that as well, it was bit rough with the issues in IT system and interpreting my booking as flexible and without breakfast even though it was the opposite but the staff was prompt to verify and correct that. And on the day of arrival I was surprised when the receptionist told the breakfast was only for one person, I still assume the IT system is to be blamed and thus the one point reduction. Otherwise the service was impeccable, had a room upgrade to Deluxe though again at the check-in the receptionist I guess forgot to mention it with the breakfast stress I believe, I myself had my anxiety peaked, so that information was missed out but understandable. I would specially like to convey our special thanks to Mr. Sabri for being a nice welcome and friendly all through out the stay and also a staff at the breakfast, who’s name I Forgot to ask, but is of Lebanese origin for being one of the kindest and friendliest person we have ever met. These two especially made our stay memorable and being support full through the whole stay. Also special shout out to the same receptionist who checked us in, for helping us book an appointment at a doctor when my wife fell sick during the stay. Like I said rough start but everything is impeccable.
For the ambiance, the place is well maintained and decor is beautiful, some of the lighting fixtures in the room, like in the cupboard and curtains weren’t working but didn’t bother us. Room services were good and had twice a day and was nice to have maintained room especially with a toddler.
The location is nice, slightly off from the capitole but that makes it bit more calm and nicer, has a view of the river depending on where you are.

The whole place is amazing, nice staff, beautiful rooms and a great restaurant.
The location is perfect in the center of the city and this place feels like home.
Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Toulouse.
The reception team was amazing trying their best to accommodate all my requests. Early check-in, Express breakfast, private tour.
Special thanks to Ana from the spa. She was very polite and the massage was just great.
Also, Kader, the night receptionist, was very kind and helpful. I had my private tour of the hotel at 4 in the morning thanks to him.
I will happily return to this hotel. Great service and guest experience.

The Cour des Consuls is in a historical building in the centre of Toulouse, only a few steps away from the Place Esquirol and a couple of minutes from every major attraction. Staff are young and enthusiastic and very willing to assist guests with any request. Our room (a junior suite) was very spacious and well-appointed, and the common areas gave us more a feeling of a large noble residence than of a hotel. Breakfast was excellent. The only thing that could have gone better was that we tried to book a table at the restaurant and there must have been some kind of communication problem, as we never received a reply...

Location cannot be better for walking and exploring. Staff could not have be nicer. Sarah welcomed us, made us feel at home, gave us lots of good info on the city, walked us to our room, and she has the best positive attitude. Thomas was also really friendly and a pleasure to speak with. The room met all expectations and the bed was really comfortable. We loved that the windows can be opened for fresh air. But the star of the show is the breakfast that is included at no extra charge. We are still talking about it. If there was ever any doubt that we would stay here again, which there was not, the breakfast sealed the deal. It’s an all you can eat buffet in a really comfortable room with not too many people and servers to take coffee orders. They even have oat milk for the lattes and cappuccinos. It was the best breakfast of our European vacation by far. Pastries, fresh baked breads, homemade jams, smoked salmon, eggs and bacon, fresh fruits, seasonal vegetables, and so much more…

La Cour des Consuls is a gem in the heart of old Toulouse. It was a former 18th century luxurious home. The rooms are modern and ours had a lovely outdoor patio on the third floor. There is a fridge and coffeemaker in the room. The only complaint is the makeup mirror. Way too low for a 5 ft. 6 in woman.

I have stayed here multiple times and really love the hotel. It’s a beautiful facility, well maintained, clean, and wonderful staff. But I did not like that they turn off the air conditioning at night across the entire hotel. Every night I woke up extremely hot and sweating. Since I stayed at the end of June, I expect the a/c to be available all the time. I won’t stay here during the summer again.
